Was very good at first but then very poor communication, whenever I emailed relevant documents I never received confirmation that documents had been received. One very important documents I had to summit on a certain date that I agreed to email was lost (via 2 of their email addresses). It was over a week later that I was informed I had to submit the document again. Recent email of receipts and bills were not answered/ confirmed of receipt.

They did a fantastic job of helping me with my problems but I found lack of communication was very stressful especially when you have large debts hanging over your head

Absolutely useless, I had a protected trust deed (Scottish Law) and I have absolutely no confidence that they are qualified to oversee a Protected Trust Deed. Still waiting on completion and I finished paying almost a year ago. They have accepted a claim from someone who I no longer had finance with (for over 10 years). Would stay well clear of them. If you have the audacity to question them they do not like it, starts off politely then goes downhill rapidly. Was told even if they hadn't paid out I wouldn't have received any money back as it would have been split between other creditors. Knightsbridge are only interested in lining the pockets of Knightsbridge Insolvency and are not remotely interested in their client or their creditors.

From my initial enquiry as regarding an IVA option, the lady.on the phone (Gemma) was very helpful and informative, and every step of the process was dealt with by different advisors, and each individual person that I spoke to was able to explain things to me very clearly and in detail, they answered every question I asked with clear and precise answers that I was able to understand, the final decision after the MOC was conducted was given to me very quickly, the advisor also explained every possible problem that I asked him, overall from start to finish I would like to thank each and every individual for their help and assistance, in my opinion if I ever knew of anybody who needed any help with there financial problems then I would not hesitate to recommend Knightsbridge to them, they were extremely helpful.

From start to finish I've found Knightsbridge to be extremely helpful, courteous and professional. They have helped to give me a second chance in life via an IVA. I highly recommend this company.

I got myself into deep financial mess....didn’t see a way out of it but the staff here were helpful, supportive and compassionate. Apart from going over finances most of the work was done and prepared for me and my case was set for my creditors. Knightsbridge managed to reduced my outgoings with an affordable monthly repayment. Completely useless have cleared my IVA over a year ago but still waiting for my completion certificate. Now been given notice in our rented property and cannot get a mortgage due the Iva still hanging over us. Been fobbed off by them for weeks and weeks and now told they have sold our debt to another company

only had aslight communication problem with paperwork in the post.otherwise excellent.
