BLOODY AWFUL COMPANY! After having an IVA with these people for over 3yrs now, I have had nothing but harassment from them through emails, calls and text messages to the point where I had to block all numbers they were using! I repeatedly explained to various people in various departments that I WORK all day and don't get home until after 5pm which they COMPLETELY IGNORE and still try to contact me when I'm at work!
There seems to be NO COMMUNICATION in any of their departments as you have to explain things to them and send numerous amounts of emails explaining the exact same things as they either NEVER RESPOND or DENY receiving them!!
Do your research before choosing a company to help you. This company has made my life hell for 3 years!!

The staff at Knightsbridge have all been warm and curtious with me whilst going through an uncomfortable situation with my finances. They have kept me in the loop and I would like to say thank you to all the team.

VERY BAD SERVICE, THEY WILL NOT EXPLAIN THE THOUSAND OF POUNDS IN FEES THEY WILL TAKE FROM YOU , THIS IS NOT CLEAR IN ANY OF THEIR COMMUNICATION , YOU WILL NEED TO PAY MORE THAN TWO THOUSAND POUNDS FOR OVER TWO YEARS BEFORE THE MONEY YOU PAY IS DISTRIBUTED TO YOUR CREDITORS , THEY DO NOT SEND A BREAKDOWN OF THE FEES, SO FAR I HAVE PAID £1513 PLUS OVER £2.5k FROM MY ppi, they took the whole £2.5K . AND ONLY £0.70 PENCE WAS DISTRIBUTED TO MY 5 CREDITORS , THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY AND I AM TAKING FURTHER ACTION AGAINST THEM.IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR AN IVA FOR THIS COMPANY CALLED THEM AND ASKED THEM HOW MUCH FEES YOU PAID IN TOTAL , ASK FOR DETAIL BREAKDOWN OF ALL THE FESS FROM THE BEGINNING TO DATE AND YOU WILL SEE HOW MUCH YOU HAVE PAID TO THEM THAT HAVE NOT REACHED YOUR CREDITORS, i PAID FOR SUPERVISORY FEE £ £1000 INITIALLY , THEN 15% FOR EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A PAYMENT, SOFTWARE £240 FOR FIRST YEAR AND THEN £60 POUNDS PER YEAR, PPI handling fee £496.60 for a £2500.00 PPI which they retained the all amount, , £15 insolvency registry, £36 pounds for storage of documents, , £300 + for every meeting with the creditors for a discussion of your IVA, in case of change of circumstances, all this in a course of 2 years and all my creditors received was £0.70 pence in two years and not proof of all of this was sent to me, I just happened to know because i made pressure to them on the phone to explain to me how the money was being handled. Called them and demand explanation of all the fees and record the calls, let them know you are recording the calls, i HAVE ALL OF THIS INFORMATION RECORDED, THIS IS A COMPANY THAT OFFERS HELP IN TIMES OF NEED AND THEY TAKE ALL THIS MONEY AWAY FROM YOU WITHOUT EVEN LETTING YOU KNOW , WHAT THEY REALLY DO IS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR VULNERABLE TIMES OF NEED. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, YOU CAN HAVE THIS SERVICE FOR FREE FROM YOUR CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU, i WISH I KNEW BEFORE, IF I CAN HELP ONLY ONE PERSON THIS REVIEW IS WORTHWHILE, PLEASE SPREAD THE NEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY, DO NOT ALLOW VULNERABLE PEOPLE TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OFF.

Update: they now changed their email address and did not advise me of it, sent 5 emails which bounced back and had to waste my time calling them to let them know. Brilliant. Still waiting for Sarah Barnard to email me all the paperwork i requested showing my signature that i agreed with all the fees they charged me, lets see if i will get it.

I was so scared to face my debts, I was so hopeless that my debt collectors and lenders wouldn't agree to such low repayment plan. Knightsbridge Insolvency Was very helpful they contacted me several times to get all documents sorted and the meeting happend within a few weeks. I now have to make one payment towards all my debts which I am very happy with. I am so glad I went through with it and can finally sleep in peace. Thank you so much I would definitely recommend their service.
