My IVA went through quickly and with a minimum of fuss. A very professional and thorough service which I would not hesitate to recommend.

I felt it to be a long and awkward process with lots of repitition, however I just put that down to being the type of application it was. I dealt with Jade who was always polite and helpful.

The reason for my poor score is two-fold. Firstly I can never get thorough to anyone. I get emails, texts and letter telling me that someone has attempted to contact me, with a number to call back on. Each and every time I call that number it's the wrong department or it's cuts me off as I'm going through the keypad options. I have to email them and ask them to call, then hope I'm available when they call!!

Secondly, after my DAS being approved and payments made, I am still receiving communications and facials notices from my creditors. I decided to contact the creditors myself (even though the pack tells you never to do this) and I was shocked to find out that Barclaycard have had no correspondence from Knightsbridge and are unaware of any Debt Payment Program.

Shocked and appalled as my interest and charges are increasing all the time.

Very friendly and helped us every step of the way with our IVA.....we have now got a peace of mind and can sleep at night now 😊

They were very professional but at the same time put me st ease. They sorted my IVA very quickly and with a brilliant outcome for me. The help and guidance I have received from Knightsbridge Insolvency is second to none. They have given me a first class service, and have been very sympathetic and understanding with me. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Knightsbridge are extremely helpful , I would definitely recommend them, they keep you informed every step of the way , they are sympathetic and really easy to talk too. I just wish I had used them a lot earlier instead of trying to sort my debts out on my own ,A* service.
