When you generally feel out of your depth after a very hard period of time then to be told everything will be ok and that they are there to help is so relieving. My experience with KIS was outstanding every one treat me with the greatest respect and every thing was explained step by step I put off doing this for a long time as I thought I would be judged and made to feel as though I was doing wrong but they treat you with kindness and are allways at end of the phone if you need them I would highly recommend to anyone who asks
