I was very worried about letters coming through my door and phone calls about debts, Knightsbridge helped me sort out an IVA to help me and now I can afford my monthly repayments

I was extremely worried about my financial situation before I spoke to Knightsbridge who have since arranged a monthly payment plan I can afford and I can now rest easy again. Would definitely recommend this service to others who were in my situation!

After being in a trustdeed for 2 year I have 13 payments left to make I had to leave my job due to ill health I have emailed Knightsbridge for advice but got no reply I have also called them for advice and was just cheekily told I must pay or my trust deed will fail I got no advice or assistance however this company tell you they will advise with any problem you have. So with only 13 payments left to pay I am now looking at being in a worse position than I was before I started this trust deed.

I entered into a Trust Deed with Knightsbridge via Trust Deed Scotland. Everything went really smoothly, all paperwork and information gathering was done in timely and stress free way. Now though, i've made 2 months of payments and even though my Trust Deed was accepted back in October/November, i'm still getting hassle from my creditors. What have I been paying for and where is my money going?!

Referred to me by DSS as I could benefit better. Overall good , quick to get in touch when something is needed , when something goes wrong doesn't come back to you as quick. Should pay more attention to notes made on customers file ensuring no errors are made.

I approached Vincent Bond with my heart pounding and a lump in my throat, Keith White was my initial advisor and immediately put me at ease; it was like speaking to an old friend. After he'd let me pour my heart out to him, he explained my options and I came away from the initial call feeling like a huge weight had been lifted. The whole process took less than a month and my monthly payments were reduced from over £700 to £121! I cannot thank them all enough, I was totally drowning and now feel free. The whole process they have been great with me and my mum but my only problem is the lack of communication when it comes to the date of the first payment I got no letter stating when it would start and now I'm a payment behind according to them very frustrating!!! Apart from that good service!!
