Unbelievable team that makes it easy to move through the process. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and all were good "hand-holders" throughout everything. I can't say enough good things about this team and the Knock loan process.

Knock has been a great experience for my clients and it really put us in a better situation being able to get the home first and then sell later. It will allow us to get the home in tip top shape and ready for buyers.

Our loan officer (Tammie) was able to keep us informed the whole entire time and communication was excellent. I will definitely use Knock again for as many listings as I can that will save the hassle of occupying the home while occupied and then scrambling to get everything out after closing. The agents were extremely nice and prompt to answer all my questions. I like the convenience of the electronic signing and emails. The only thing I would suggest is offering clients at least one in person meeting to turn in documents and get info on paper instead of following several different email conversations that ask for different things or the same things to someone else. Maybe an in-person collaborator for all the different things going on at a time. It got a bit confusing ate the first week. But, I am grateful for the team to do all the work they did for me to get into my new home! :)

They tell you they want your business, they will buy your home and then dont so you end up paying two mortgages. TERRIBLE business model - stay away from BRIDGE LOANS - Stick with Conventional and ARM's, this is a sour deal for anyone looking to sell. If you're agent is good, they will it within the 30 day period.
