Page Not Existing

I had an issue where my page wouldn't show up, no matter what I did. Checked through my Wife's account, checked in incognito, tried to publish my page, but it just wouldn't show. It just moved me back to the page management area and I was so stumped on what the issue was.
So I made a ticket and near instantly, Finn from Ko-fi made it work and I haven't had an issue since! So polite, understanding and helpful! Thank you again Finn, you're a stellar guy!

i want to love this platform

i want to love this platform, but there's room for improvement.
I moved from Gumroad to Ko-fi. With the same amount of visit, the tedency of tipping creator is lower on Ko-fi. Firstly because PWYW CTA phrase is not very friendly, i like how Gumroad or Buymeacoffee phrase it : Name a fair price, its better than "how much do you like to pay?", maybe give the creator the option to change the phrase?

the payment has lots of friction too, Apple apply easily failed to launch for some unknown reasons, whereas on gumroad and buymeacoffee, payment is very seamless.

very limited data analysis on the dashboard unlike gumroad, which has number of visit at least.
when someone downloaded free digital item, no notification at all (no setting for this either).

But i like the easy-of-use of this platform. I just wish they can learn from other platforms and integrate the good parts:
1. a bit more data on dashboard (gumroad is great, buymeacoffee is also limited)
2.improve arrangement for the shop page (gumroad / buymeacoffee has done a better job on this)
3. more customization for the pwyw section.
4. improve payment experience (stability)

A swift response and the message was clear. I understood it immediately.
I sometimes have trouble understanding what is expected of me and how to perform certain instructions when I run into trouble at platforms like this, which only makes me feel more stressed and then I tend to make stupid mistakes or understand even less. Ko-fi was really good for about 7…

Ko-fi was really good for about 7 months, then all of a sudden suspended any payments and closed my account because they couldn't verify where the payments were coming from, even though I'd sent them my discord channel etc. As the payments were donations I don't see why this mattered anyway. Tried to resolve with Ko-fi but unfortunately they weren't very helpful or forthcoming. I now just use PayPal directly, not had a problem since.

Quick and fast support team!

I've been using Kofi off and on (without an account) to donate or help support some smaller creators. After staying on a Reddit thread, an amazing merlin-based coloring book and wanting to donate, I finally made an account. Unfortunately for me I use an email that was not supported at the time, but the support team was fast. I went from not being able to activate my account fully, to getting my email changed over to a valid one and maybe little more than a day.
Has a donation service, it is fantastic. I love being able to support people who give out free assets as well as just amazing content.

Amazing 5 stars services by Sir Jonathan!

I had a terrible days since this early month of November 2025 when I can't login to my Ko-fi account due to unable to access to my old email, however, Sir Jonathan (Ko-fi.com Support Portal) attended and assisted my requests since then [205000] and he's very kind, generous, trustworthy and truly reliable. He's so comforting and very helpful during my hard times. He also very understanding in my difficulties to access my Ko-fi's account as I'm a creator (freelance writer) and this Ko-fi's shop account means a lot to me. He solved everything smoothly for me by today; 20th November 2025, and I able to gain access back to my Ko-fi account with a new email. I can't thank him enough! Thank you so much for this remarkable experience as Ko-fi's creator. I feel safe, cherish and deeply happy using Ko-fi because of this experience.
