Incredible Customer Support

I was having an issue with not receiving the verification email after creating my account. This is not abnormal for me, I use my own email server rather than a standard email service like gmail or icloud, so I have had issues before where emails don't get sent properly (usually as a result of my email server not being allowlisted or something to that extent).

So, I sent an email to support and they not only responded, but resolved the issue, within a few hours. Incredible service, I've rarely seen any customer support as effective as Ko-Fi's.

The business model is very fair, and I like that the terms are explained in plain English. The design is human, I've never left a payments website feeling good.

I am using Ko-fi for a longer while now…

I am using Ko-fi for a longer while now and I am super happy with how easy it is.
There could be still some improvements here and there (for example: their tag system for videos still doesn't work) and the overlay could be easier for supporters to navigate through.
I love that there is the Ko-fi Gold option! Instead of paying a certain percentage per sold item/membership payment/commission you can just pay 6bucks and are freed from the fees (and still support the website and ensure development)

I know Ko-fi is still working on certain features and I am looking forward to how much more it will improve!
