Your products are amazing
Your products are amazing and I LOVE them.
The delivery providers not so much...... When I received my first cloth delivery, it was dropped at street leve,l and this second delivery was tossed halfway up our entry stairs.

The product is great however the sneaky set to autoship is NOT. I will return but not if every time I order as needed you link it to an autoship. That is unnecessary and dishonest and there is no way to cancel it only pause it. Sad when your product is so good!

Kola Cloth -- it does what it's advertised to do!
Products were received as promised, but more importantly the Kola Cloth performed exactly as advertised. The Kola Cloth works exceptionally well on glass, especially sliding glass doors. In the past, I found these, along with the shower glass cubicle, hard to clean satisfactorily. But, the Kola Cloth produced a great result on both! It made the glass surfaces smear free and spotless. Highly recommended. Thanks Kola Cloth for making this great product available!

Poor quality
My order finally arrived after waiting a few weeks. These clothes are so thin I can literally see through them. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

Our KoalaCloth is made with a 600 GSM weave, which is significantly thicker than many microfibre cloths commonly found online that are usually around 200 GSM. GSM refers to “grams per square metre” and is a standard measure of fabric density and thickness.
While this higher GSM is designed to improve absorbency and durability, we do recognise it may not have met your expectations based on your experience.

The quick delivery of the cloths was…
The quick delivery of the cloths was very good and only took a few days. Using the cloths made the shower screen look the cleanest it had been since moving into the house about 18 months ago. I used one on my car front wind screen both in and out and am more than pleased with the result. I cannot recommend these cloths more highly.
