Highly recommended

Ordered my Smart desk at lunchtime and it was delivered next day at 8:30am. Excellent customer service, excellent product at a great price. Will definitely recommend and have no hesitation using them again.

Koble Customer service is second to…

Koble Customer service is second to none, we had our item lost in transit and I could get nowhere with the Courier. So I contacted Koble directly and they chased it through the process for me. Everything they said they would do, they did and kept me fully informed throughout. In the end they even dispatched a replacement item which arrived very quickly even though It was not their fault the item had gone astray. First class customer service, I would highly recommend.

Damaged goods, sorted quickly.

The desk I ordered arrived damaged, due to the way it was packed. A prompt replacement was arranged, but unfortunately that too was damaged in exactly the same place, caused by the way it was packaged. Thankfully their customer service was excellent, and they quickly sent out a replacement desk top which arrived intact. I’m very happy with the desk now that I have it, their customer service was quick, friendly and efficient, it’s just a shame that I received two broken items in the first place.

Sove Smart Bed

I purchased the Sove smart bed in the sale for £499. Whilst the measurements are contained within the description you never quite know the overall height until you’ve decided upon a mattress so the bed is a little higher than I expected. The under bed lighting is fabulous as my son can see where he’s going when he gets out of bed to go to the bathroom at night. The sound from the speakers is also amazing. We are a few weeks down the road and the bed is now being sold in outlet stores for £249 at furniture discount uk so I wish I’d have not been so hasty with my purchase as £250 makes the world of difference given the looming utility price hikes

In terms of Furniture Discount, the units sold on that website are clearance, ex-display, repaired or returned models, come with no warranty, guarantee, or tech support, and cannot be replaced or returned, which is why there is a cost difference. This is outlined in that website's FAQ section. It is also worth noting that KOBLE offers free delivery, whereas with delivery the bed you ordered actually costs £339 from Furniture Discount.

Ava Portable Speaker

The follow up to my order, which unfortunately was sold out, was in person who was very helpful and polite. She offered me an acceptable alternative. So I have to give it five stars – to her!!!!

Sales team helpful but product design could be better

Sales were very helpful with queries on the different desks and they price matched which was great.

The product is good quality however they didn’t explain that a mouse will not work on the glass surface. This should noted on the product description and it isn’t. Customer services suggested I buy a mouse mat or an expensive mouse that would work, which takes away from the whole point of a slick streamlined desk and get in the way of the controls and wireless charger. A bit of a design flaw really. Should Koble not provide a mouse mat or compatible mouse knowing most won’t work on the desk?

I like the desk but would suggest a few improvements.

Optical mice don't usually function correctly on glass surfaces: The problem with glass is that the light passes through and doesn't reflect back to the mouse, so the mouse can't detect movement. Modern optical mice work on most opaque diffusely reflective surfaces like paper, but most of them do not work properly on specularly reflective surfaces like polished stone or transparent surfaces like glass.

We do not supply computer equipment, or mouse mats but recommend clients research into the type of desks will work best for them prior to purchase. Good just a few tweaks needed

Product is good only disappointment is a mouse doesn’t work effectively on the surface which for a desk is an issue. Purchased a pad and all good now, but when purchasing a desk you would expect one of its primary purposes is for a mouse to work…
Would be good if Koble done accessories such as pads which fit around the smart buttons on the desk itself
Other than that I am pleased - delivery also really good although the delivery firm is a completely different email so mine went into junk and nearly missed the deadline for a reply

Smart Desk with smart customer service …

After placing a initial enquiry about the difference in smart desk models I've since placed a order to which I am waiting to arrive.
Customer service was detailed and helped me make the decision, I think if it was not I would have waited but the discount helped 🙂

Amazing I love it

Amazing. I love this desk! It’s a great size, and sturdy. The charging ports and wireless charging mean I don’t need as many wires or plugs as well. The mechanism is smooth and quiet. Delivery was super easy and timely!
