The smart table is really good

The smart table is really good, lots of features and well made. Only thing that was a bit frustrating was the legs hadn’t been put in correct sleeves pre build but once sorted it was easy to put together, would recommend

Good products but would like a choice of a dark aswell as white

This is not the first product I have purchased from Koble, average delivery time it was packaged well works great, my only down side is a lot of the lamps and speakers they produce are white and after a few times outside can get dirty, other than that I’m happy

I received my first desk delivered…

I received my first desk delivered which was all completely broken, my second desk arrived and the electrics became faulty after 4 months I contacted the company as it was intermittent and they said it would fix itself.

I called the company after 9 months as the desk stopped working and they will not speak to me. The desk does not charge and the speakers do not work. Every time I email or contact them they close me down saying the complaint is closed (I spoke to David and Nathan) such poor customer service.

As explained previously, the reason that we will not refund you in this instance is that you haven’t adequately evidenced a fault and you are out of warranty.

You purchased a second desk (Silas Charcoal) on the 15th of December 2020. The Silas desk was delivered by BJS Home Deliveries and signed for by yourself on the 21st of December 2020.

You first contacted us on February 2nd, 2022, claiming there was a fault. We responded by asking for the original purchase number to confirm the warranty and photographic/video evidence of the fault. We offered full tech support on resolving any issues with the desk.

You contacted us again on the 25th of February asking us to collect the desk and offer a full refund. We again asked for the original order number and evidence of the fault. You then provided a fake order number (B3937568-8326). We confirmed this order number was incorrect and asked for a genuine Order Number and evidence of the fault.

On the 28th of February, you said you couldn’t provide the order number but asked us to collect the desk and offer a full refund. We responded that we would require an original order number and evidence of a fault before we would consider collecting the desk or offering a refund. Later on the 28th of February, you then claimed that the desk had arrived faulty and that you would be following this up with a PayPal claim against us. We confirmed that the PayPal claim was outside of their date for complaints, and we again asked for the original order number and evidence of the fault.

On March 1st you sent us a video of yourself placing your phone on the desk as evidence of the fault. We did not accept this as evidence of the fault as this did not show us a fault, just a phone with the camera being turned on being placed on the desk.

On March 2nd you had asked me to refer to my colleagues and informed me that you would leave a bad review if we didn’t collect and refund the desk. We again asked for the original order number and evidence of the faults. You then claimed the desk was still in warranty and said you would have the bank investigate the issue to achieve the full refund. You then provided a genuine order number 24981 which we confirmed was out of warranty as purchased in December 2020. You then claimed the item was delivered later than that, so was still in warranty but didn’t specify a date and couldn’t provide any evidence of late delivery. We then got in touch with our courier, and they confirmed that you received and signed for the desk on 21/12/2020, 08:42 AM, thus was out of warranty. We then sent you the signed delivery note.

On March 3rd you contacted us again to ask for a refund/collection and stated you were rejecting the goods as faulty. The delivery note shows that you signed for the desk accepting it was in perfect condition. You also had not indicated to us in the 14 months you had the desk that it was faulty. We again asked for evidence of the fault.

On March 7th you claimed that the delivery note was for the previous desk Lana desk, however, the desk received was the Silas desk ordered on the 15th of December as stated on the delivery note and signed for by yourself. We then stated unless you could provide evidence of the fault, or that the desk was still in warranty we would be closing the case on our end.

On March 8th you claimed that you did not sign for the desk. You then made a complaint about my customer service performance and asked to speak to a manager. I then spoke to my colleagues who confirmed we should close the case as you couldn’t provide any evidence of a genuine fault or that the product was still in warranty, and there was no more we could do as we had exhausted all our attempts internally to support yourself

On March 14th you again requested us to collect the desk and provide a full refund. We did not respond.

On March 17th you asked for an invoice for your bank, which we provided on March 18th.

On March 24th you called the office asking for a refund/collection. I reiterated that we had closed the case as we had exhausted all our efforts to support you, however, if they were unhappy, you should take legal advice on the matter. Later in the day, you took to social media to make multiple posts on our channels claiming our company was based in Thailand. We are based entirely in the UK. This was the last contact we had with you directly.

Last week your bank got in touch with us, and we were able to send our evidence to them all we had done throughout the process and we were to enable the case to be closed.

The table is exactly as we expected

The table is exactly as we expected. The table top is made of high quality wood and the build was easy.

The delivery process was also simple and quick.

Great follow-up customer service

Following my initial review I was contacted by David from Koble and I was delighted to accept his offer of a £100 refund. There was no delay either with the refund made immediately. The desk was for my colleague and she loves it (quite frankly I have desk envy!).

I contacted customer support

I contacted customer support as a lead was missing: they responded within 24 hours and sent me the required parts by signed for delivery within 2 days.I am so pleased with this and also the quality of the desk. I highly recommend this company to others.

This desk is everything...

This desk is everything.... Money well spent and all the functions were fantastic. it fun smoothly but the speaker voice can be annoying .
I am very happy with my purchase. The delivery took just over a week to come and the delivery men where very helpful as they help me bring it upstairs

Problem resolved professionally

I bought a great sit-stand desk but within a year it developed a fault. Kobel tried to troubleshoot the issue and when they couldn't delivered replacement parts which made it good as new.

I was really impressed by your customer service. They were both personal and professional whilst going beyond what I expected to get a great result.

I'm so glad to have my lovely desk fully working again .

Fast delivery of Replacement parts

Had some damage to the legs on a side table that was still in warranty. Quick email to Koble and David sent out the replacement parts that were received a couple of days later. Can't fault that kind of service.
