I am writing this about an employee Named Jason Boroff. Jason is the manager pro-temp for Auburn Crossings in Auburn In. as well as Blue Ridge Estates in Churubusco, Indiana. Jason is rarely on site at Blue Ridge. Last time he was here i attempted to speak with him he was very rude and discourteous. Not only that Jason was smoking a cigarette inside the office which I know is not supposed to be done.
Ignite had an very good park Manager here named Alexess Parrish. Alexess was very nice and treated the resident with dignity and respect. Since I am aware Ignite is currently looking for a property manager I mentioned to Jason I would apply. He stated he would deny my application because I reside in the community. He then said he is too busy to talk and walked in the office and closed the door.
Jason knows I am friends with another former park Manager Greg Pressler. By the way Greg and his wife lived in the park. As well as Shannon Bedore who also was a park manager and who also lived in the community. As the matter of a fact most if not all community Managers have resided in the community.
