Koinly is a great product. i love using it. i have been a member for 2 years it is great. i think it is better than cointracker

Absolutely worth it !

I've been using Koinly for multiple years and finally upgraded to a paid plan this year. After importing data from multiple accounts, I managed to clean years of crypto history, including some complex staking rewards, swaps and missing cost basis issues.

The support team (special thanks to Aria and Jack and Will!) went above and beyond, quick, human, and helpful. The tax reports matched TAX requirements perfectly, and the carry-forward losses were handled flawlessly.

After a lot of cleanup, my taxes are 100% reconciled, exactly what I needed. Great product, great people.

No real customer service. I always wait 2 days and never get live help. The system doesn’t let me talk to anyone. I have tried to contact them almost 2 weeks. Still unable to get help from them. Very disappointed.

I like Koinly. It just made my tax reporting so easy. It creates a PDF that you can directly use for tax purposes.

Your requirement that a coin be both on CoinGecko and Coin Market Cap in order to provide a price as of a certain date means that many of the coins I trade are not supported by your software and I have to manually correct every transaction. Very disheartening. I recommend you produce prices for a coin that is on one or the other.

Amazing platform that allows you to connect multiple wallets and accounts. Also they do a thorough job of reconciling your transactions and the user experience is amazing!!

Koinly works great! I particularly like the new Asset Maturity function, although it is still in beta mode, it helps me no end with my sell plans. Also other platforms want your money up front to use their advanced features. Koinly gives you full access to their features for free from the get go, you only pay when you choose to download an ATO tax report from them. Wonderful!

Doing crypto taxes is challenging with any software. Especially if you are like me and use many different wallets and exchanges. I've tried a couple of different crypto tax prep options (BittyTax, CoinLedger), and Koinly seems to stand out. I especially appreciate very helpful support that doesn't mind to look through your data exports and help you along the way. I've been using Koinly for 4 years.

I have two accounting degrees and believe I have tried and compared virtually all the competitor platforms on the market. Though there is a learning curve, Koinly is by far the best and most user-friendly crypto tax software. In additon, customer service has always been stellar! I can't recommend Koinly enough. Crypto transactions can be complex. If you are not familiar with how transactions are handled, take time to read the helpful articles Koinly provides, and do not be afraid to reach out to them to ask questions. Once you are familiar with how things work, getting your tax reports through Koinly should be a breeze!

A must for crypto traders who want to remain tax compliant. With all my staking rewards I don't know what I would have done without Koinly.

Do not waste your money on Koinly. The platform constantly fails to let me log in. I get the same “network error” and “connectivity issues” every time, while every other site works fine. This is not a one-off glitch, it’s a recurring failure that makes the service practically unusable. If you value reliability, look elsewhere. Koinly is broken and untrustworthy.

At the moment, this is the best coin-tracking software I’ve found.
It’s a bit on the pricey side and probably not worth it for everyone, but if you’re juggling multiple wallets across DeFi and CeFi, it’s definitely worth both your time and your money.

I've tried a few crypto tax software options. Koinly is the only platform I've found that is easy and supports a very large variety of coins. It also makes on chain swaps (nfts, or other coins) easy. Their support has also been very helpful when I needed it.

I started investing in Crypto since 10years ago but the last 5 years were sleepless nights for me after crypro taxation comes into the picture. Never comes into Crypto investors' mind that we need to declare and file our income. That's where Koinly comes into our rescue. The smart and efficient system, not forgetting the professional assistance from the support team I am now confident that my book keeping is in order. All thanks to Koinly.

As someone who mainly buys and holds crypto with under 100 transactions, Koinly has been a fantastic tool. It was super easy to set up — I connected my exchange accounts and wallets in minutes, and Koinly handled all the calculations automatically.
