I purchased my first VSTi from them and…

I purchased my first VSTi from them and was very impressed with the sound, SKYFIRE. Installing it into the Soundbox player is a real pain! So when I got an email offer to purchase a new instrument for $2 usd for an instrument that would only be available once and for 24 hours only, I jumped on it! I made the inexpensive purchase and tried to download it and when I tried to sign-in to my Kompose audio account I kept getting a failed authentication warning. So I just went to my email and clicked on the direct download link for Sparks neptune pad that I bought and the link worked but the file was throttled and wouldn't download. I kept hitting resume and it would download 1mb, 2mb, a few kbs and then completely stop. I repeated this 100 times and only downloaded 7mb. The whole file is 437mbs! I'll be there for days! So I contacted tech support and they got back with me rather quick and sent me a new link but it was the same story. Tried it again 24 hours later and no change!
