It literally has an upload speed of 1mbps and a download speed of less than 3mbps(mind you, it’s in the middle of the night when users are least active)
I don’t recommend I installing this pity excuse for a wifi, stick with your data.

Never experienced worse customer service
Wow I've never ever experienced worse customer service than I have from Alex at Konnect. The catalogue of mistakes made by Konnect is only surpassed by their 'couldn't care less' attitude to sorting them out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Whatever pennies you save by using them instead of Starlink, you will spend in hours of time chasing them to sort out wifi connection or their billing mistakes. Incompetent
Good service
My internet was down with a couple of days. I phoned Konnect this morning. I was surprised to be able to get through straight away with no wait time which was great. Anil was able to sort the issue remotely with the modem by re configuring some codes. He was very helpful.

This is the worst broadband provider I have ever used. Absolutely most poor customer service. They never get back to you. The cost is expensive for such an incredibly poor service. The latency is pathetic. I dont even use the service I use my phone data the servcie is so poor. They make out the service is good in remote areas but its rubbish. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am wanting to cancel and reviewing with ombudsman as this is just not acceptable.

No response since 2 months!
I've got the information that I will be called for installation. After 2 months still no response. The support told me that there is no installation in Austria and I have to do it by my own.
Very bad communication, so I have to send back the hardware.

Continuing poor connectivity
The download performance, jitter, and latency all improved; but download very much degraded. My email provider is constantly seeking authentication while at home and connected via Konnect, on driving down hill and picking up a mobile signal normal service is restored. Konnect is a poor service.

Hard sell tactics
I started to fill in on online form then decided to do more research. The company then chase me with an email first then shorty after with a phone call. Told the person to f@@& off for invading my space. Then was emailed again and told I was “not nice”…phone me agin and I’ll be even more rude. Twits!
Worse Satellite Broadband in existence
Moved to Konnect on promise of better connectivity had nothing but increased latency, unstable service, no service at all. Tied into a 12 month contract, that I couldn’t even set up a direct debt to pay. Support useless, never phone you back, don’t care and can’t be bothered. Never so glad to terminate the contract and move to Starlink!

Can someone please tell me how much it costs to cancel my contract 6 weeks early? I had to pay a forfeit fee. How much is this? You are now sending me an invoice without me knowing the cost. Surely I should know this. I was told to wait until I received an invoice! If I’d known the cost, I might not have cancelled. Only when I made a fuss about this did the customer services offer to mail me about it. This sounded a very weak offer and I felt obliged to cancel without knowing how much I was going to be charged. Is this a pro-rata fee or what? I do not wish to pay another month. The Wifi is awful. I cannot stand the stress of it any longer.

I really like the work of the service…but had to cancel
I really like the work of the service team because they care for customers. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my contract because of the company's technical incapacity to cover the mountainy area where my house is situated. In all other respects, konnect is a very helpful and humane company. If they start providing a "space" satellite technology, will certainly prefer them to Starlink.

i have been without solid connection for about 6 months now. I have stopped paying them as they have not been able to organise themselves to resolve the issue or provide any form of reliable service. You emails get answered eventually, by different people, there is no consistency or background reading, so each time they respond the person responding has no idea what went before. No one on the technical service line is able to pick up your issue and stay with it until resolution. They promised me a call back last Monday and I am still waiting. My last two emails of this week still have not been answered. I have about 30 emails and 15 calls in to them, and my problem with connection still is not resolved. They are useless - Steer Very Clear and don't waste your money.

I Canceled account because coverage was terrible, and now this!
I subscribed to this company in July 2021 because moved to a house in the Dublin mountains that is not connected to fibre broadband. From the beginning the coverage was poor. Finally in May of this year I got Starlink which was a game changer its as good if not better than fibre. So I disconnected my Konnect satelite and called to cancel, I was told I couldn't cancel until my 1 year contract was up! fair enough I said, I then asked her to put the request in to cancel from the end of my contract. I was told I'd have to call back on the last day of my contract which I did, I was fully paid up, but still I get a bill for a service I cancelled. This is really poor, and I just received this notice today,
Due to non-payment, your account has been suspended. We’ve contacted you multiple times to try to arrange payment for your Konnect service.
Unfortunately, we have not received payment and we’ve had to suspend your service. Please use the link below to make a one-off payment and bring your account up to date. This will get you back online.
SO KONNECT HAVE SUSPENDED AN ACCOUNT THAT I CANCELLED!!! Pure Genius, I contacted them by email and have heard nothing back.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible, keep promising sending out the modem and never happen, lock you in to a contract and not answering to be able to cancel! 3 months paid and no modem no internet, salesman (Tony) promised 3 weeks ago a full refund and not answer I g the phone since!
Stay well clear!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE! Currently 2 open tickets and no customer service at all. I work from home and had to cancel all my meetings as I can't even load this review page or their own speedtest page that's how bad it is!

The bad things about Konnect no evening…
The bad things about Konnect no evening or weekend support so you have to take time off work to get your service back up and running.
Lose connection on Friday it will be Monday before you have internet.
Bad weather no signal.
They have no Direct Debit option, late they cut you off until sorted.
When it’s good, it’s good but not stable.
