Nice, reliable products. Support this business!

Nate is very passionate about supporting his customers and is very active on the community forums. The products are great, I'm using multiple Konnected products and have no issues. They are well priced and well supported. Businesses and people like Nate need to be supported to ensure they continue to deliver great products and services.

The unit would NOT work on WIFI. I worked with your technician over several weeks. Try this, try that, buy this special cable, load this driver. No, none of it worked, so I send the unit back.

Great tech support

I had difficulty with the installation of the ,blaQ GDO I contacted tech support late Friday thinking it would be Monday before I would hear back and they responded quickly they determined that there was a problem and ordered me a replacement that weekend. I received the replacement and installed it with no problem. Love the homeassistant integration.

Really happy with the Alarm Panel Pro

Really happy with the Alarm Panel Pro, with interface boards connecting to my existing Bosch Solution 6000 alarm system. The detailed instructions, combined with the Al support bot, allowed everything to be installed within an hour and fully functional. Currently using it with Home Assistant, works really well!

Returning Procedures = Robbery

I dislike that for a return you pass the shipping cost onto the customer. I’m returning something that cost around $20 and my actual refund will be around $6 because the shipping cost is being deducted from my refund. That is insulting. I won’t be back.

The communication was poor

The communication was poor. I ordered $3500 worth of equiptment online. 90 mins later I called to change the order. I needed the replacements not conversion kits. The rep told me it was too late to cancel but Id get all of my money back. Instead of correcting the order they fullfilled the order and shipped it. Once I processed the return the new rep told me I'd have to pay fees for shipping. I have the chat log screen shots. I am not a happy customer. A ounce of prevention, and communication to resolve the order would keep me from disputing the payment. You can't tell a customer one thing then once you preceive you have more leverage change your story. I'm giving three stars because I know things happen but If it was one of my customers giving me a review this would have been a one star review. Now Im weeks behind and out money.

I looked into your account and support history and see that you placed two orders from our website both on July 22, 2025 and within 5 hours of each other. The first order for one single item, was purchased using the Amazon "Buy with Prime" button, which dispatches an order for shipment from an Amazon warehouse using your Prime benefits. The second order, which was much larger and represented the $3500 that you mentioned, was placed directly with our store and was ultimately fulfilled by our team (not Amazon). I see in your support history with Konnected support, that you attached screeshots of your chat with Amazon's Buy with Prime customer support asking to cancel the first smaller order. Amazon's fulfillment process is fast and automated, especially when an order uses "Prime" benefits, the window to cancel is usually measured in minutes, not hours. Unfortunately, once an order is dispatched to Amazon, we are at the mercy of their systems and we can only request a cancellation, but cannot guarantee it. In this case, you requested cancellation via Amazon's Buy with Prime customer support, but the order was too far along in the fulfillment process to be cancelled at that point. No worries though, because with your Prime benefits are free returns -- you just have to initiate the return from your Amazon orders page.

Your second, larger order, was fulfilled from our facility by Konnected staff on the following business day, as we had no notes indicating that you were seeking to cancel or change that order.

Great Solution For My Existing Hardware

Turned out to be the solution I was looking for to utilize the existing hardware for my home alarm system. The documentation and videos available for installation made setup easy. I haven't used any of the konnected communities, however they seem to be a good resource for troubleshooting or general questions.

Use an alternative!

The item sounds great but the support service is non existent. I’ve had experience with many such suppliers and thought these were different but they are simply the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’d recommend using an alternative.

The hardware is excellent

The hardware is excellent. I purchased the panel pro with 12 zones. I've replaced my original GE alarm board while keeping all the wired sensors. I just need my own remote access now.

I completed my pro panel install about…

I completed my pro panel install about 1 month ago, created my Smartthings application and now have Actiontiles browser for two separate wall-mounted tablets. All is working very well and as I'd hoped. Additionally, I purchased two tablet frames on the website. One was a perfect fit for my fire tablet, the other for a galaxy tablet was a bit tight to use. Contacting the maker, Jason, who chatted with me and then quickly made and sent to me a new frame that fits perfectly. Wonderful service from everyone involved...top to bottom!

Customer service is so important today

Customer service is so important today, just being able to talk to a real person on the phone or online makes giving a higher rating easy. Then to put a cherry on top and get someone like I got with Andy W. is awsome!!!! I ordered the wrong item for my garage door opener and Andy walked me through the return and had the right part sent out right away. Thank you Andy W.
