Stay away from this company. Be very careful about the ingredients. I bought the Vital BP and found out that they include vitamin D two along with vitamin D3. Vitamin D two blocks the absorption of vitamin D3. This company‘s customer service is terrible. They get you to buy a lot of their product by offering big discounts and then if you’re dissatisfied they charge you 10% of your total purchase for shipping and handling. It is a ridiculous policy. I hand-delivered the package so there was no postage and handling and they still charged me the 10% and refused to give me a supervisor. Stay away from this company. They cannot be trusted. I only know about the deception in the Vital BP, but buyer beware of all their products.re

Got on the right track
Your help got me on the right track to losing weight that had not come off before. I'm still using the Keto Activate in my coffee to start my day. I did not stick to my menu exactly with my husband not following it but close enough to make a difference for the both of us! I learned how to read labels and figure how to eat right. Charged 2x what I was told. I received 15 containers.
I bought this product and was charge twice what I was expected. When it arrived there were 15 containers. I tried taking it like it said. Yes, it doesn't taste good. Not in a shake, not with almond milk and blueberries. Just has that chalky taste. I took a container with me to my doctors appointment and she was not happy. The product label did not list every product that it was made of. Also Keto is not healthy and is not USDA approved. I am trying to return the product and I am being told that I will only get payment back for 13 and I am also being charged a 10% return fee. Postage shouldn't be $100.

After product did not work can't get them to refund
I tried Keto Activate but did not see that it made a difference. I have been trying to do the refund process and for over a week have been unable to get them to send me the refund information. They continue to offer other discounts. I don't want to pay anything for the 5 jars I won't use. Just playing a game with me and I would just say they do not stand by their refund policy. I have been so frustrated with this company. I don't believe I will see a refund and paid over $300 for this crappy product. If you offer a refund and clearly state your refund policy you better honor that.

I ordered this product 2 days ago after being FORCED to watch a plethora of sales pitches for nearly an hour. If I did not watch the sales pitches, my order would be double charged. Within hours, my email and text address have been bombarded by more pitches. I did not sign up for all of these products and programs and lifestyle changes. This is a scam and want out. I don't want the product! I am disputing the charge on my credit card since I cannot reach you by phone or email. This just happened to me....I ordered 6 bottles of Metabolism Energizer for myself and my wife. We were hoping to loose a little weight. The product says it has a 90 day satisfaction guarantee printed on the order guide. We used the product faithfully and I exercised and went for walks of about 6000 to 9000 steps. The wife not so much. They claim that you can loose weight in your sleep. Product ended up not working for us so I requested a satisfaction guarantee return. I did not receive a full refund because they said that the return refund is for 30 days, nowhere did I see a 30 day refund policy. I can't do business with a company like this. I unsubscribed from their email advertising.

I don’t like the taste so I use just a bit over 3 oz of water instead of 4. Take it in one gulp. People who complain about not getting results, have not given it enough time. Takes your body time to readjust. I LOVE the way it makes me feel. Went 2 weeks without and in one week felt obviously better. I would also not live without EMMA. AMAZING PRODUCT! Personally I think the taste is awful. It does not taste like chocolate. It tastes like chemicals. I mixed it with coconut milk and tried it in coffee. I couldn't get past the horrible taste. They advertise that they will return your money. I received the product Dec 26, 2024. I decided to return the product and I have been trying to return it and get my money back for 21 days. They jerk you around.

I purchased the Keto Activate. After one month of use, I didn’t see or feel any results. I wrote that I wanted to return the unused product. I received a return label but only an offer of 50% refund. Disappointing food and online app
I paid the fee only to be told it is 1 month access only - when I checked out the recipes, they are rubbish - nothing special at all and completely unappetizing - yuk - i have been on Keto before and had access to a different company that provided excellent food choices - this one is not worth the money - very disappointed. Food choice to switch out seems limited and the food is bland and unimaginative.
