Great service. I went down to choose a new chair for my home office, and got plenty of assistance in selecting the right model for my needs. The chair is very comfortable and has been without issue for the three weeks since I purchased it. There was a manufacturing defect on one component, but a replacement part was immediately shipped to me after I wrote an e-mail.

I'll keep them in mind next time I'm in the market for an office chair!

I absolutely love the gamers chair I ordered in November 2020. And ... it was delivered in 6 hours, excellent service.

But it ends there, the foam in the arm rest started to collapse after just a week. That means your arm is resting on a hard wooden edge instead of the protective foam. Now, I am a patient customer running a business that lives from customer service. I contacted the company through their official sales mail several times and I have to this day (Jan 10th, 2021) not heard a single word from them.

And just to finish off this review; I have also asked for a proper invoice - no answer.

So, look out for where you buy what product - but we should all have learned that by now.

I can not recommend buying stuff from this company unless it has the quality you think you pay for - in my case; gamer chair costs around 2600 DKR, and to me its not worth it.

I have bought a Kontorstol Ergo-Choice almost 6 month ago. It is the best chair I have ever sat on. Even though I spend sometimes 8+ hours in it, I NEVER got back pain which used to be the norm. The adjustable lumbar support is amazing for this. With the mesh you never get sweaty back. The seat cushion has an awesome softness/hardness ratio and its adjustments provide comfort for taller people (1.8m).

If you are taller than 1.8m the headrest would be useless.
At the beginning there were a lot of plastic cracking sounds but those have gone down in frequency and volume over time.

I visited the showroom to find a chair, got great guidance and chose a chair. 10 days later, I realized it did not fit me. No questions asked, lots of support to return the chair and look for alternative and no-frills return. Thank you for a great service, and I really regret that I didn't find the perfect chair in your selection.
I can't recommend this business enough to anybody looking for an office chair.
