Let me start. The product is 10/10. Koolaz went above above beyond with making sure the packaging, which is a big part to me was in perfect condition. I will be ordering again. Oh and did I mention they snuck a lolly in with my delivery. Wish I could give another star on my review.

1st purchase and loved it
Haven't used Koolaz before but it was a great experience all around. Picked a funko pop that is OOS or more expensive everywhere else. They sent it very well packed (amazon could learn something from them) and quite quickly as well. Will definitely buy from them again!
