The day after I placed the order I received an email stating they only had one item left, and that the box was damaged, they included pictures so I could see the damage.
They asked if I wanted to proceed or would prefer a full refund.
I choose a refund, as this item was a gift for someone. The next day I received confirmation that the refund had been processed.
Very impressed with the communication and customer service.

Never heard of KOOLAZ before, but definitely do not regret buying from them! Stumbled across them looking for a loungefly bag.

I ordered an item from this company, at first I was unsure because I'd never heard about them, but I will definitely be recommending and using them again! Order arrived much quicker than expected, within a few days. The item was in perfect condition and wrapped in lots of bubble wrap in order to arrive safely! Even got a lollipop in the package, nice treat!

So I purchased a funko pop for my GF as I had been unable to purchase one for Xmas and was out of stock where I had originally attempted purchase.
Saw that Koolaz (previously unheard of) had it in stock and purchased, the item arrived properly packeged and secure on time without a hiccup.
