Korvato 

Korvado runs a high risk Trading algorithm bot. They say it is AI enabled, but I don’t think that’s true. The Trading bot produced some losses, but that’s not the problem.

The bigger problem is that they are affiliated with Orca Markets, an offshore broker dealer that stole all of the money from approximately 450 to 500 accounts. Many millions of dollars. Korvato vouched for Orca Markets and said they were a reputable company, and clearly this was not true. There have been numerous complaints filed with the FBI and United States regulatory authorities. There is an active Facebook group where victims are trying to get answers and coordinating their efforts. Very sad.

Back in October I received this email:
"It was nice meeting you over the phone. I'm confirming that we are processing your refund request. It should take a few weeks to deliver. Please reach out if you need updates or have any questions.

I've reached out numerous times via phone and email to everyone I worked with at the company as well as customer service regarding my refund and get no reply. The customer service number immediately goes to voicemail.

On/about September 10, 2025, I learned of Korvato's AI trading algorithms via a Facebook ad. After research indicating positive reviews, I contacted Korvato and an agent presented algorithm performance data. (Bonus I found out later: one of the positive reviews about Korvato was written by the same sales agent!) On October 1, 2025, a $2,000 deposit was paid via a Fanbasis link provided. On October 3, 2025, the remaining $13,000 was paid via a Whop link, totaling $15,000 for three algorithms.
An onboarding specialist offered deployment options, and I selected a PAMM account through Korvato's broker, Orca Markets. On October 27, 2025, a $5,000 deposit was made to Orca Markets via Sewwwver Private Services (Citicorp Florida). The account was not credited for one week. After escalation the $5,000 was eventually credited.
Approaching 30 days post-payment, I inquired about Korvato's money-back guarantee. To which an agent clarified the 30-day period began with the first trade and authorized a 120-day guarantee (documented via email/recorded calls). On November 7, 2025, algorithms began trading on Orca Markets. By November 26, 2025, the account balance was $5,075.25.
On November 28, 2025, an Orca Markets email revealed other clients could not access funds, and Orca's website was down; independent verification confirmed this. The same day, I requested a refund from Korvato, within both 30-day and 120-day periods. On December 1, 2025, Korvato responded, acknowledging Orca issues and their inability to contact Orca. Another Korvato representative contacted me. After confirming the refund request, the agent stated he would forward it to the refund team. No further communication from Korvato has been received despite multiple attempts.
A dispute filed with Whop.com was denied by Korvato. An appeal was also denied by Korvato. On December 11, 2025, I emailed Korvato stating their dispute denial contradicted their money-back guarantee and indicated escalation.

They did not honor the contract and now that I am asking for a refund there is no response

I bought aai optimus bot from Korvato. I payed 15,000.00 dollars. I used the orcamarkets that were recommended by Korvato. To be my broker. The bot was a scam it does not work lost 6000.00 thousand dollars .Korvato offered a 100 money back guarantee in writing. I request my refund from korvato. I t has been 4 months and I have not received my money back . I requested my money for orca markets. I received a confirmation of the wire transfer on the 20 of November I never received the money. The Orca Market website was shut down on th day before Thanksgiving. Korvato and orca market stole millions ove dollars for hundreds of people. Beware they are scammers

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I started with them in July 2025. They advertised 15-20% monthly returns and I was also told that by my sales person. First month they were getting me 1 to 3% returns, then the end of July, boom! Huge 20% loss. They claimed it was out of the ordinary and they would fix the bot to not do that again. Going along again and still nowhere near the returns they promised, but it was still getting maybe 1 to 3% again and then, bam! 15% loss. The month after that they started to make some of it back, again, 1 to 3%, nothing anywhere near what they advertise, but I finally got sick of their over, promising and under delivering and asked to cancel. Here’s where it gets really bad. The broker they referred me to, orca markets, disappeared. Website went down, Support went away, gone. Stole over $60,000 from me. Hundreds of thousands of dollars from other people. Again, this was the approved broker that Korvato recommended. After all this you would think Korvato would give me my measley little 12k licensing fee back (it would be the least they could do) like I Was told I would get back and had in writing. Nope, to this day, they will not return my calls or emails so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. There’s a small chance Korvato will reply to this review. Do not trust what they say. Whatever they say after this is a complete lie. I am a real person and this is a real review. They have screwed over hundreds and hundreds of people. I am on a WhatsApp Chat group with hundreds of the people that lost thousands and thousands of dollars with them. Do not do business with this company. They are the worst I’ve ever seen.

Run from this company!!! They are BAD!!! Purchased their license 11-18-25 for $9,000 after being assured they had a full money back guarantee. Only 2 days later requested refund on 11-20-25. Per 11-21-25 Fathom teleconference (have written transcript) they said refund would be processed in 7-9 days. It has been over 16 days and no refund. They have not responded to over 5 emails requesting status of refund. Terrible company.

SCAM and UNETHICAL!!! Nothing but a front for individuals who are stealing monies. They claim to be a legit software company working with ORCA to provide you with product with consist returns over the last 3 years. They even claim to have a stop-loss in the program to prevent a certain percentage of loss to protect your investment of a certain amount. Stated they had guarantee to refund monies within 90 days if not satisfied! All lies, annd they anre not honoring their contract or allowing refunds per their agreements. If you do take a chance please note- they will eat up your 90 day window by stretching out the installation and “so called training” over several weeks and claiming they are not available. Do not fall for the claims offered by this company. Have been trying to get a refund from them for several months. Now, I am pursuing and reporting the company to regulatory and other financial and legal authorities, including the FBI and others for fraud! If you also got scammed, gather your records from them and ORCA! We lost well in excess of 30k from these fraudulent companies. RUN!

They say they have a 100% money-back guarantee. I asked for a refund back in September and never used their services. They keep delaying my refund, and now do not answer emails!

Korvato is nothing more than a scam created to take advantage of unsuspecting investors. They recommended a brokerage that literally disappeared on 11/25/2025. The amount of money that was stolen is easily in the 8 figures. Do not become another victim.

They recommended orca as a trading house who has since gone dark, a total scam. I requested my $12,000 up front money from Korvato back (they have a guarantee) so far they will not communicate. Will update if I get my money back .

I am a 65 year old widow. My son told me not to invest with this company but I bought into their sales pitch. I lost thousands. They talked me into giving them more time to recoup my losses, but my account lost thousands more. I asked for my (promised under warranty) $13K refund. They told me in writing that if I took my Trustpilot review down they would set up a payment plan to repay me what they owed me.
I just got a call from them at 4:58 on a Friday saying "we're being audited so we won't give you your refund . . , ".

It is extremely disappointing to deal with such unethical practices. They operate like real scammers. Their only aim is to pump money from clients, and their relationship managers deliberately advise and convince customers to take highly risky trades, leading to heavy losses. The guidance provided is clearly manipulated to benefit the platform, not the client. This behavior is misleading, exploitative, and completely unacceptable. I reported the matter and got assistance I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days. seek help if you can. Based on this ordeal, my advice to prospective clients is to avoid this platform.

Hi I’m in Canada. I’m a small investor and got a loan from a friend and invested US28k. After buying a licence for US12k for their one of the best (as they say). In month and half I lost over US13K on the same platform. Since then, its been five months. I’m asking for my money back and refund of licence money (as their policy) but NO POSITIVE RESULT.
In addition to my licence money. Will I ever get my investment back. Which I sent to Orka Market ( as suggested my Korvato).
Please help me. I’m not sure if anyone can. Is there any government legal department who can go and grab them ?

Watch out this group is a scammer!! My husband made a bot payment. The bot just lost money. It's in the agreement that we could cancel. We requested reimbursement, and after 5 months they did not reimburse us. Not just that the group they indicated to us to place 50k Orca market disappeared with the money from our account!! I will start the process with the FBI and a criminal action!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE! Complete stop loss of 25% account balance in the matter of hours. Before that never came close to the goals they promised. After requesting a refund they told me they would have to do monthly $1,000 dollar payments... If you have fallen victem to Korato's terrible bot program I suggest going through your credit card for a refund.

I had a life change and after paying $15k and depositing $101k into the recommended Orca account I asked for a refund from Korvato. The Korvato rep told me he would get my refund processed. I had not even started trading, because I am new at this and I had not ‘hooked up the bot’. Then on. Thanksgiving the Orca Website disappeared and the Orca Sales Rep disappeared and will not return my phone calls and emails bounced back. There are 300 other customers I have found that are in my position. I was screwed out of $116k on Black Friday.

I joined This company under a payment plan(luckily) So I paid out 4k to get started. Other fees include 500 for a VPN monitoring system. I started in August. I should have realized when I was switched thru 3 different account managers my first week. The one that set up my account quit that same day! After about 6 weeks of making slightly less then 5% profit on my 40k initial investment. The Optimus BOT tanked and "Martingaled/Lost over 12k! in about 2 hours. It actually increased the time of trade with each one losing more money and occurring faster. I reached out to Korvato and was told someone would get back to me . No one did. To stave off further loss I quickly withdrew what was left in my Account. I was sent a recorded webinar of the supposed owner apologizing and offering more of their BOTS in an effort to try to regain the loss. I had a call with the 3rd rep. He said he would set up the other bots for me, but never did. So long story short I am out 14k from this horrific experience. Stay away from this company
Update: Trustpilot asked for my full information, stating that Korvato wanted to reach out to me. So I did. What a joke. Korvato NEVER made any attempt to contact me. Further research found that Korvato most likely owns the Brokerage.
