Do not use Korvato!

This company is turning out to be a scam. I put my initial deposit in and then requested a refund based on user feedback and losses they had said they suffered in the market. I requested my refund in September. It’s now mute end of November and I’m still waiting. The only good thing is they haven’t ghosted me yet. Do not put your money in this company’s hands or you may never see it again.

No Refund after 3 months

September 26th I requested a refund of $12500 paid for software. I had a contract stated I can cancel with full refund within 120 days which I did. Today is November 21st and still no refund. All they told me in emails that I am in the refund que and it takes 1-2 months. The 2 months are passed soon. Let's see what happens.
Update:
Korvato went totally silent and I disputed the transaction through my bank. I got temporary refund after 10 days. Now I am waiting to see if I can keep it.
My final advice
R U NNNNNNN away from Korvato as fast as you can!!!

They are just liars - there’s no 90 day guarantee as claimed

They are just liars. I subscribed on August 2. Paid deposit w Citibank, balance with Amex, paid transaction fee for using Amex (3%). Implemented and unhappy w performance. Requested refund according to 90 day money back guarantee on Sept 25. Held calls with transcription provided by Korvato on Sept 25, emailed cancellation request again on Sept 28, held 2nd call w Acct Mgr 0ct 3 with transcription provided by Korvato, in which AM indicated refund request was within policy, would request refund from finance dept and they would update me. They did not update me, no refund, no further correspondence. I requested chargeback from Amex about a week later.

Today I received from Amex information that I’d been rebilled because “merchant has provided supporting documentation including cancellation and refund policy stating that the purchase was nonrefundable,” including some unsigned paperwork I’d not seen before appended to the Software Purchase Agreement that in section 2, states the 90 day money back guarantee. Amex has acknowledged this and I have also forwarded them call transcripts and my emails requesting cancellation and them agreeing to it, as well as my recording and a transcript of Oct 2 webinar, which again reiterated the 90 day satisfaction guarantee.

I requested the refund in less than 90 days, per policy, they agreed to the refund but never processed it, I disputed it with Amex and Korvato lied to Amex saying the license was non refundable. I’ve reopened the dispute w Amex and provided the additional documents and electronically generated call and webinar transcripts. They’ve agreed to take another look at it. I haven’t had access or used the software since Sept 25, when I started to divest and pull funds back (minus losses) from the trading account.

Just the summary: they said there was a 90 day guarantee, they agreed to honor it, they didn’t, and they lied in writing to Amex. Hoping this resolves in my favor but warning you this is NOT a reputable company.

I regret doing business with Korvato .. I’m not a naive investor, but this bot doesn’t work and this company is not reputable.

Promise of consitent gains and capital…

Promise of consitent gains and capital preservation. Started out around July and 2nd week in and had a 17K stop loss. Started to recover and within 2 months had another 23K stop loss. Consistent is correct but consisten losses. This is not a pre-retirement plan. Plan to pick up a second job to make up for the losses you are about to incur. Called to get refund and was told to file dispute with CC because they are having issues with their CC and they will approve it. Filed dispute a month ago and still being disputed. Everything experienced with this company so far has been nothing but lies, one upon another. Stay away and find a more trust worthy company to do business with.

Lost 22% in a single day,

I invested $50,000 in August and earned 4% the first month. then there was a sudden drawdown of 22%. I withdrew my funds and requested a refund within the 60 day period for a refund but no refund has been made as of yet. I would stay away from this company.

I joined Korvato September 11th under…

**PAY ATTENTION TO HOW THEY IGNORE BAD REVIEWS FROM REAL CUSTOMERS***

I joined Korvato September 11th under the 90 day no questions asked refund. While it worked for some i do not see the value in investing $13,000 for a software that is yet to be profitable and i decided to cancel my subsription october 23rd. Since then, i have been getting the run arounds, integrity seems to be a major problem here. i have sent multiple emails, talked to different reps and politely asked for a refund which is well under the 90 day return policy. I am highly disappointed to say the least.

Update 11/17/25: I filed a dispute with my credit card company because Korvato has refused to refund me my full balance. They tried negotiating with me to accept $9,000 and forfeit $4000 or take monthly payments up to 6-9 months which i have again refused. Now they are claiming they can't refund my money because I am disputing the claim.
This is not meant to give them a bad name because i know some of their reps are honest rwther this is for the next customer to make informed decisions. Be careful about signing in and expecting a refund within 90 days. I highly doubt you would get your full refund the same way you paid it.
I would let you all know how it goes.

Stay as far away from this company

Stay as far away from this company as possible. It's been an absolute nightmare for me. From day one the wire I sent to them was returned and then I was instructed to send the wire to a bank in China, that should have been my first clue. Then they held my money and told me to send another wire from my personal account instead of my business account. I waited over 1 month for them to return the wire but only after threatening them. In August they promised to return the initial payment for the program and it's now November and I'm still waiting

They lie about the performance of their…

They lie about the performance of their product. It has 3 downturns in 2025 but they did not reveal this prior to signing up for product. I lost $17 k in 2 hours in my first 2 weeks because the bot went BONKO CRA CRA and just started making crazy trades with a 0.5% change in market for the day. They were recommending not using Optimus after this to their existing clients moving them to other software bots. YET They continue to sign up unnexpecting customers. THIS IS A SCAM A FRAUD. They over promised & vastly under…

They over promised & under delivered. The idea is great & I was sold looking back on the 3 year track record. But my experience has been negative... Negative over $13,000.00 dollars on a $50,000.00 investment..They say they are repairing/upgrading the product....I have requested a refund & have been given the runaround....They were very good at set up, but once the product stopped preforming they have been missing in action.

I run a business and don’t have time to trade, so automation was a must for me. I’ve been with Korvato for almost a year now and I’m averaging 11–13% monthly on a mixed setup of EUR/USD and Gold. I didn’t have to deal with the July volatility much because support handled everything behind the scenes and the bots risk management is spectacular.Paul in sales and Pia from onboarding have been outstanding and very communicative. Even though I'm busy I can appreciate how communicative everyone is.

Six months in

Got started with Optimus back in April, setup was easy on Plexytrade using the PAMM. I wanted the set it and forget it option, and it has delivered. I get about 3 to 5% a month, nice and steady. Just added the BTC and Gold bot. My account manager Marcus has been great, got everything he and my original salesman promised.

I reach out to see what is going on, after several attempts to reach someone, i finally get an email back 3 days later saying i need to update my VPS. Get that resolved, and same thing... SCAM?

I have completely lost all my money all $30K from ORCA (a broker that KORVATO recommended). I have been trying to get my refund from subscribing with them (another $30K) and as of this writing they have not given me any response. I still want to give this company the benefit of the doubt that they are not involved in any way with ORCA but their lack of response to my refund request is convincing me that they too are involved.

Korvato LOSES 26% in one day!

1. Signed up with Korvato March 12, 2025.
2. Trading began March 20, 2025 and was exclusively traded by Korvato, no manual trades.
3. They made small daily profits most days until April 10, 2025 totaling about $1,000.00 profit.
4. Korvato LOST $7,482.61 on April 11, 2025.
5. The money back guarantee requires 30 days of trading but a loss of 26% in ONE DAY = no need to continue!
6. Had to fight with them via a chargeback to gain a refund.
7. NOT a robot I'd recommend using due to substantial loss!

I started with Korvato in January of…

I started with Korvato in January of this year. I was very happy up until July when I experienced a significant loss - almost 10% of my account in one day. It would have been more had I not turned off the bot.

This is where the problem is with this solution. The Bot performs fine when markets aren't turbulent. However, when they are, which is going to happen, the bot continues to over trade (aka. martingale style) where it just doubles down and before you know it, you have huge losses that mount up very quickly.

The FOREX markets of today have become volatile and as a result, this bot simply can't perform reliably. I have pulled all my funds and am thankful I was able to almost break even. Definitely not the 5%/month that is marketed.
