Beautiful earrings, I ordered two pairs of 14k gold earrings, flat back, with diamonds and they are lovely. They seem good quality for the price and look very cute and elegant. The worst seller
Absolutely the worst seller I’ve ever dealt with. I bought what was advertised as earrings, only to receive a single tiny earring—completely useless when you expect a pair. When I reached out to return it, they refused, hiding behind a “policy” that conveniently wasn’t clearly disclosed upfront.
I went back to their website and had to dig through fine print buried at the very bottom of the page to find any mention that they sell single earrings instead of pairs. This feels completely intentional and misleading.
After multiple frustrating back-and-forth messages, they finally agreed to accept the return. I sent the item back, they received it—and then completely disappeared. No update, no refund, no response to repeated follow-ups.
This seller is unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of time. DO NOT BUY anything from them unless you’re prepared to deal with poor communication and shady practices.

This site is a complete scam. They took the money and never sent the product. They take several days to respond to emails, and the response is AI-generated, very generic, and does not address the issue. Do NOT buy from them.
Update:
They contacted me as soon as this review went up and offered to process a full refund as well as to ship the product at no cost. My original order arrived over a month later. It was packaged well, looked beautiful and felt solid quality. I’m glad that my issue was resolved but the initial customer services process was absolutely unacceptable. Seems like this is the main reason this brand receives poor ratings.

Edit: After I made this review, they sent me the correct size for backs which I greatly appreciate. The circles on the backs are so small, the earrings fall out of one of my piercings.
I bought over $400 worth of diamond and 14k gold jewelry and followed the online guide for sizing. Unfortunately, upon receiving the earrings and comparing to earrings I already own, I realized the size was too long. I tried to contact customer service to be told to buy more earring backs at a discount. I told them I was not interested in buying more, I simply wanted to exchange them. Since, they have been giving me the runaround, telling me they're going to send my situation to another department, and then department has been on holiday. It's been over a month since I initially emailed them about the issue and it still hasn't been resolved. I would not buy from them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to.

I purchased 5mm post for my tragus piercing that was too small, though it was the only piece that fit the jewelry that i had intended to use it for after searching several other sites and local piercing studios. I ordered 3 gold piercings. Yes, they are real gold. BUT the sizes a lot smaller than the picture. They also skimp on gold: the bar is super super thin, my professional piercer refused to use it as it would cause the piercing to move around too much. Quality is poor in general: the little gold heart I bought is unevenly cut and looks low quality CNC work... I managed to get a 20% refund but still, it was stupidly expensive for useless, ugly piercings. The gold value is near zero as they use so little actual metal...
