Visited by chance today, this morning infact. Awful service. Too busy holding another conversation whilst serving.
Ordered a latte & sat outside.
What came was iced coffee!!
Never in my entire life would I order a cold coffee & then add ice to it!!
Took it back inside. The vendor was looking for an argument. I really should have poured it over the counter & got my £4s worth back. Instead I left & went to my appointment over the road. Thankfully I was given a hot latte there with no hesitation & a smile. I will be avoiding this establishment at all cost.
Maybe your staff should learn not to argue with the customer. This not only leads to negative reviews on line but word of mouth advising to friends, families, work colleagues, their friends & families, their clients & their families etc to veto your establishment.

Ordered, says that they use 48h Royal Mail but a week later and product never arrived. Now lying here claiming fraudulent purchase was made, I am happy to attach the photo of my bank statement proving payment was made!!! Not to mention that when that contact attempt was made and when I asked for a refund there was no longer any reply from your customer service team!! Don’t forget to mention that since you like to play games online! Fraudulent indeed!!!
