I wish I could give zero star. I've experienced the horrible services of PostNL only too many times, losing packages, damaged packages, delivering to the wrong addresses... They have all sorts of ways... See more

Dreadful service. It's now at the point where it's less than 50/50 that a "delivered" notification is actually true. MAYBE it'll show up the next day, often not. I've lost 3 packages in the last month... See more

Great service!
I was notified about my delivery and had the option to choose a convienient date. I received a message regarding the time frame of the delivery the day before the delivery. On the date of delivery I received a phone call when they were 10 minutes away. I appreciated this so I could look out for them as it’s a complicated location to get to. On arrival they were polite, came into my property wiping feet and placed my large order in the living room. Great service.

UNBELIEVABLE
UNBELIEVABLE. They do not deliver and post a picture of somewhere far away from where we live. they do not answer in the ONLY contact possible which is whatsapp. I whish i can post pictures proving this... COMPLETE DISRESPECT...
Avoid postnl if you do normal business
Avoid postnl if you do normal business. Articles send on 15/12. Now 29/12 , and article went back to depot 3 times ,making different false claims each time. Drivers don't leave paper message in mailbox as proof of visit. So they can claim nobody was home.

Part of the issue is from the sender which didn’t honor the delivery address informed, so not PostNL fault, but now I am still waiting for the new address to be updated for the delivery and the app doesn’t show the link to schedule a delivery nor does the email one. The website is really bad. I am still not sure what is going on and how can I schedule the delivery
THE WORST COMPANY EVER EXISTED
My name is Emma Birch. I´m writing Not for the first time..My PARCEL NUMBER - H04G00000478
It was stuck on the territory of the netherlands...I BEGGED these creatures to OPEN IT OPEN IT OPEN IT! I understand that it is the business of the sender But the sender John Payne and me we broke up, and He is not going to do anything for me...So i was BEGGING - OPEN IT! I have Nothing to hide...And do you know how these creatures responded? THEY DID NOTHING...IT´S THE WORST COMPANY EVER!
Two parcels were deliberately ordered…
Two parcels were deliberately ordered for drop-off at a nearby PostNL location.
Despite the presence of several PostNL points within the area, the parcels were instead delivered to a randomly selected and considerably distant, 8km, location.
The point of complaint is that PostNL cannot reasonably claim to act within its rights when parcels are deposited at arbitrary locations. The purpose of choosing a specific PostNL point is precisely to ensure proper delivery in case the recipient’s address cannot be reached.
Third time that nobody rings the bell…
Third time that nobody rings the bell at the delivery address.
For three times I've stayed home, waiting for the delivery, changing my appointments and routines to then the courrier not even trying to deliver it. Saw him pass by.
This time, a delivery that I really needed on this day, now is going to a Pick-up point 5 MINUTES away from the address, and I only can go get it tomorrow, which it's not suitable.
Insanely bad service, as they say the chat can contact the delivery person, but that's also not true.
Ongelooflijk slecht
Incredibly bad. The "poste restante" service, advertised on their website and confirmed by their customer service on the phone, doesn't work! I paid over 7 euros for mail that never arrived at destination, and which they were not even able to send back to me.
PostNL customer service number (NL) 088 868 4893
One star, because zero star not possible to select.
My package was delivered in the parcel machine, but upon entering the PIN code the door would not open twice and on 3rd attempt a parcel for someone else appeared, not my parcel. Customer services is hiding behind an utterly poorly trained chatbot that turns you crazy and it is extremely difficult to receive a number to call to get help from a human - and then the waiting starts. 200% disappointing and so NOT 2025...
Good job
5 years ago, PostNL was as bad as other postal services in the Netherlands. But I’ve seen major improvements.
Customer service is now easy to reach, both via chat and phone.
Couriers try to contact a neighbor if you’re not home, instead of just dropping your package at a distant service point.
Well done.
Unbelievably incompetent
Unbelievably incompetent. Every single e-commerece delivery results in complete drama.
On 10 deliveries
On 10 deliveries, 10 times not respecting the delivery time. Again today, it was scheduled for Hour 17. At noon, I receive a message that it will be for tomorrow in the late evening. I am receiving also frosted packs from the Netherlands with ice packs but after 2 days under the heavy sun, you can imagine how it arrives.
Very bad experiences
Very bad experiences. Every time I try to buy something by Internet, the order never comes. The delivery man or woman is completely lazy and never comes. I find a notification in my phone saying that they try to give me my order at X hour, and I was there and nobody came to bring me nothing. Allways hapends. This company is scam
I had a terrible experience with…
I had a terrible experience with PostNL. I sent a 9kg parcel (tracking number CP102192306IT) to my son living in Deventer, the Netherlands. The delivery was marked as “unsuccessful” several times, but no one at the address received any notification, SMS, email, or phone call.
Even worse, the parcel was allegedly left at a pickup point (Okki’s Fitshop), but this information was not visible in the online Track & Trace system. My son was checking the tracking every day and would have picked it up immediately if he had known where it was. Instead, the parcel sat there for a week, completely invisible to the recipient, and was then returned to Italy without warning.
When I contacted support, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They insisted that “everything was announced via Track & Trace,” even though that was demonstrably false. They refused to accept responsibility and offered no compensation, redelivery, or even an apology.
This level of service is completely unacceptable for an international delivery company. I strongly advise others to avoid using PostNL for anything time-sensitive or important — especially for international shipments. If a customer cannot even find out where their parcel is, how can this be considered a functional delivery service?
Terrible service
Terrible service, even worse customer service. Order DHL instead.
I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with PostNL.
I paid €9,60 to send a parcel from Belgium to the Netherlands. After a few days, without any notification or clear reason, my parcel was simply returned to Belgium.
I contacted customer service, spent over 30 minutes on the phone, repeating my address, phone number, email, and bank account details — and in the end, they told me "we don't know what to do."
Their system does not even recognize Belgian bank accounts, making it impossible to request a refund, even though the mistake was 100% on their side.
PostNL wasted my time, my money, and treated me with complete indifference.
Completely unacceptable service — €9,60 lost for nothing.
Never again.
This is a message to all companies who…
This is a message to all companies who send their goods to their customers with postnl.nl :
they can't meet their promises, and as a customer, you can't choose for a qualitative postal service as long as companies keep working with this kind of low cost, employee squeezing packaging depots. Stop working with postnl.nl, post.nl, postnl or dhl or dpd and thelike, they are horrible for your customers. And as they can, they are willing to pay much more at another company who watches over quality.
So, I often see drivers from postnl.nl in extreme hurry, mostly immigrants, who do their very best to deliver package after package. Again, today, I expected a driver with two packages from two different companies. Both companies chose postnl.nl. Both packages would arrive between 18 and 22 o'clock in the evening; that's already late for a driver.
I was at home, no particular traffic on the roads. They sent respectively at 15h30 and 17h20 a message that the 'delivery had failed'. Why, one may ask?
I had to pick up the first package at 6km from my home, not enormously far, but it disrupted my plans. Until then I hadn't noticed that there were two packages of which 'the delivery had failed'. I picked up the first one, to discover at home that I could ride again for the second one tomorrow morning then. That's 24km on my account, while I had to pay two times for home delivery. And this practice is not at all good for the environment neither.
Companies do all their best to produce high standard goods that are well packed before sending, and then they don't care anymore if it arrives well at its destiny or not?
Please, be good to your customers, stand for quality and be against human exploitation.
This company is shocking! Avoid!
This company is shocking. They don't seem to know where Ireland is. Any time I try and get something sent to Ireland the tracking is stuck in "Delivery time is being calculated". The second time the company Zerowater EU is trying to send me a package and they have kept it in the same status again. No feedback when asked where the package is. This is possibly not just the worst postal service, if you can call it that, but the worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely Shocking and amateur! Can't add a minus star.

I want to thank you for the great improvement in your service over the last few months. You used to never deliver to the door and were rude when delivering parcels. Now you are very courteous and frequently deliver to the door. Thank you, much appreciated
