Faulty Bracelet and non existent customer service
The pin from the clasp fell out within 2 hours of wearing for the first time, and despite customer services advising they would send me another they didn’t. The bracelet is a waste of money and sat unwearable in a drawer. Despite the reply below nothing has been received and no replies to any messages. So it looks like the first shackle isn’t on them as they do not send it or reply.
