Incorrect size delivered TWICE
I ordered an xl size, a medium was delivered. I let them know and posted the bracelet back to them. Only to be sent another medium sized bracelet. I’ve now asked for a refund. It shouldn’t be this hard. Some work needed on your internal quality control and communications. Full refund now received.
