An easy to follow and well laid out website. Plenty of information as well as comprehensive supporting data and advice. The service from order to delivery (EU to Uk) was as prompt as if ordered in UK. An extensive range of air gunning pellets/slugs etc coupled with excellent value and outstanding service make Krale a delight to do business with. I recommend them highly and, if you haven’t shopped here before, I’d say they are definitely worth trying .

The Weihrauch HW50 S completes my trio, alongside my HW30S and HW98 Match. I am extremely happy with this purchase. I cannot thank Krale enough for their support; they promptly notified me when the HW50 was back in stock. I placed my order on a Tuesday evening, and it arrived in Hampstead, NC, by Friday morning—an incredible delivery speed from Staphorst, Netherlands. Even with international shipping and import fees, the total cost was significantly lower than purchasing from US-based airgun retailers. Based on my research, this purchase should also qualify for a tariff and cost rebate. Highly recommended!

Ordered items from Krale in the Netherlands. There were some delays with getting the items, but they kept me informed all through the process.
This was under Trump tariffs v1.0 so I had to pay those fees to the shipper. I still haven't gotten my refund yet.
But absolutely no issues with Krale themselves.
