Yes there cheap but Customer service is abysmal got laughed at for saying customer service was not good. 6-8 week lead time for an oven element thats not even six months old.
How can a working kitchen wait 6-8 weeks for an oven it needs every day.
So as the saying goes buy cheap buy twice true in this case.

I bought a glass cabinet. It arrived flat packed with a hammer to assemble, yes a hammer, what could go wrong????
It was a faulty product from the start and they would not send a return label for me to return after 25 calls and email. DHL wanted £100 to return and I wasn’t willing to loose more money.
They will sell u faulty, useless rubbish and charge you hundreds of pounds.
Please save yourself the hassle and don’t buy anything.

Sent out a heavy appliance with no protective packaging which got damaged in transit twice. Was told to send back at my own cost which I did £50…. Ordered a glass display unit . Came in shattered pieces. So far they have refused a refund , took the item away and then sent it back . The same broken unit ! Never experienced anything like it. saying we refused a replacement item so we are to be blame ….!
RUBBISH!!!
I purchased an oven that turned out not to work. After contacting the seller, I was told to reach out to the manufacturer (Blue Seal) directly. Blue Seal then informed me that I wasn’t eligible for warranty coverage because I wasn’t the original owner. I later found out the original purchaser sold the oven to KRD Catering before it reached me.
KRD Catering refused to help, and despite multiple emails and phone calls for advice and support, I received no meaningful response. It’s been an extremely frustrating experience. This company seems more interested in making a quick sale than in standing behind the products they sell. Be careful — they clearly don’t take responsibility if you end up with a faulty product.

My experience with KRD Catering Equipment was far below expectations. Communication was slow, updates were vague, and getting any meaningful support felt like pulling teeth. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating back‑and‑forth with little urgency or accountability from their side. I even had to call China for support as they didnt know anything themselves.
The service felt disorganised, and at times it seemed like no one was actually taking ownership of the issue. After this experience, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again.
