Sold a faulty item, completely unusable, no refund or replacement even though the item had only been purchased 4 weeks ago. Offered a 10% discount on a replacement, I don't think so.

Dreadful customer service. Bareface lies on delivery. They say delivery starts from Dispatch not from when you order as per website. Late delivery. Should have read the reviews first. AVOID.

Terrible product and customer service. Spent over £200 on a cake display cabinet which was awful quality and bent. The glass spontaneously shattered after assembling. Contacted them explaining the problem and was met with awful customer service basically saying as it was business to business purchase we have no rights and don’t care. Absolutely disgusting company and awful products.

**Do not use this company. They are absolutely terrible. All their machines are made in China, and I have no idea if they meet UK certification standards. I recently bought an ice cream machine, and it already had problems on the very first day I used it. They claimed that our voltage was too high and had damaged the circuit board, causing the machine to suddenly stop working. I spent a long time discussing the issue with their Chinese technicians, and tried many different solutions, but nothing worked. In the end, they said the circuit board needed to be replaced.**
**I contacted the company to request a refund since the ice cream machine was faulty from day one. In their email, they told me I would get a refund as long as they received the returned machine. But after I sent it back, they said that after their investigation, there was nothing wrong with the machine and they wanted to send it back to me. Is this a joke? I already told them there was a voltage issue—am I lying? Their internal communication is terrible. I honestly believe this ice cream machine is not suitable for use in the UK. They don’t provide a transformer, so how can it be safely used with different voltages? When I used this machine, even my waffle maker next to it tripped and broke! Who is going to compensate me for my losses? Now they are trying to force me to accept this faulty machine again, claiming there is nothing wrong with it.**
**Finally, they told me their 14-day return policy only applies to machines that are unopened and unused. But if you haven’t opened or used the machine, how would you even know it’s broken? This is simply a joke! They are completely dishonest. I have no confidence in this machine anymore—it broke on the very first day. They firmly refuse to give me a refund or replace the machine, and are forcing me to take back the faulty machine. I have no choice but to complain to Consumer Ombudsman .**

First, I will begin by emphasising the importance of trusting the reviews presented on this page. If you delve deeper, you will discover many more reviews from different sources that support this perspective. I acknowledge that negative news tends to spread more rapidly than positive news; however, at some point, a company must conduct a thorough self-assessment to improve its services for customers. My company purchased nearly £2,000 worth of equipment in preparation for an event. We utilised the fryers once, and right from the start, the baskets kept unhinging from their holders, leading us to discontinue the use of one fryer while the chef continued to use another with heat gloves so service did not cease. I have reached out to KRD regarding the issue, and their response has been that it is a matter of wear and tear. I believe that wear and tear would imply that we had more than one use of the equipment before any issue should arise, which, in my opinion, indicates that the product is defective, as these baskets should be very sturdy when submerged in hot oil. While I would have been satisfied with just receiving some replacement durable baskets, KRD instead attempt to push us to further purchase a different set of fryer baskets which again in my opinion shows they know the ones supplied are not of
good standing order, after refusing to purchase anything further until the issue is resolved KRD have now ceased responding to my emails, demonstrating a complete lack of customer service, which reveals their true nature. Although I have not encountered issues with my other products yet, I feel it is merely a matter of time. I strongly advise against engaging with these "Cowboy builders"; do not be lured by their pricing as you will regret. We have contacted our local Citizens Advice Bureau and are in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards

Poor quality equipment , once they get you the money they will not reply and do not care stay well clear best of stand with an extra couple of quid with a bit of company

Shocking company . Stay well clear faulty items no refunds given even took the item back £2000 item and didn’t refund the money fighting them with MasterCard at the moment. There’s not even a battle. The item was faulty. They come and collected it then stop communication

Absolutely shocking products and service. Pie warmer bought, awful quality, not fit for commercial use, fisher price could make a better product. called and spoke to someone who said it was ‘not his problem’ emailed multiple times with zero reply. Basically thieves selling online, scammers could be used to describe them. Avoid at all costs, don’t get stung like me. They should be ashamed of themselves and take down their joke of a business.

Negative experience
Hello, purchased a fryer, in late November 2024. As a new business and first of all one side has stopped working and now the other side, I have contacted them, and they are good with replying but not getting a resolution or getting anywhere so resorted to writing this review.

Came quicker than I expected. Said 2-4 days but they managed to deliver it next day. Nice prices too

Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Support
I purchased an industrial mixer from KRD, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged and with electrical issues. I immediately contacted the company and was told over the phone that an engineer would be sent to resolve the issue. However, after multiple calls and emails, I have yet to receive any confirmation of when this will happen.
Now, the company is not answering my calls or responding to my emails, leaving me with a non-functional machine and no solution. I have formally requested a pickup and a full refund, but so far, no action has been taken.
The lack of commitment and support from KRD has been extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable products and customer service. If I do not receive an immediate resolution, I will have no choice but to take legal action.

I purchased an electric griddle from KRD on 12th February 2025 and received it on 14th February 2025, but it doesn’t work at all. I have tried contacting their customer service multiple times, but they have completely ignored my requests for support. The lack of response and poor service is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from this company as they do not stand behind their products or assist their customers. Very disappointed!!!!
Despicable Customer Service
If I were able to write a minus review I would. We are a small military veterans charity who provide a free hot meal every day. We fundraised for a replacement freezer, a significant spend for us and purchased it from KRD. It arrived broken and on a broken pallet dumped on the street outside our building. Despite numerous emails KRD continues to ignore us, haven’t picked up the faulty freezer and provide a refund. They should be ashamed of themselves and their customer service is despicable. Buyer beware.
