You can buy crypto but you can't…
You can buy crypto but you can't withdraw fiat of course - you must "verify" your credit card or bank account before withdrawal (so you must buy crypto again) and your verification will be on pending forever. Don't use this scam app.

Verifying a bank account is quite a simple procedure, where you need to deposit as little as 1EUR to your Kriptomat account, in order for us to validate that this is your account.
This procedure is a standard procedure in the industry and has the purpose of protecting you as our customer. In case of account overtake (if someone gets your login details), it prevents that person to withdraw your funds to their bank account and cause you any financial loss.
By depositing a small amount of money prior to withdrawal we are able to determine whether you are the owner of that bank account.
Once you verify your bank account it stays verified, so this is a "one-time" procedure.
If you have made a purchase with your VISA card and saved it for future use, you can simply withdraw your money to that card, and here is how to do so.

App bulshit
Beside constant annoying stuff like getting sms with code every time I log into app, or crashing, the thing that when I buy something that has price for example 0,60 and app charges 0,63 +1,45€ per transaction is stupid, because of that there is no possible way of setting correct value to sell or buy on the moment you want to be exact price, because even if it's gona drop to 0,50 and you set on that amount it will not buy because for app to buy it, it would need to drop to 0,46/7 so simple as that, even if something is price I want to buy I will still need to pay for it more and get less than it supposed to be

My account does not allow transfer to…
My account does not allow transfer to HW wallet after buying bitcoin.
After the payment card transaction was not completed, Bank Moneta replied to my telephone inquiry that it blocks all card transactions on crypto exchanges. That's why I subsequently recharged using a money transfer. I don't understand the reason for the block and I don't agree with it.
