Highly recommended to use
I can highly recommend this platform to everyone. At first I was very sceptic as I have used several other Platforms. Kriptomat makes it very easy. You can easily buy any Cripto you want and Trade it.

The worst
The worst ! Thievs !
They blocked my money and don't allow me to withdraw crypto and don't give a reason.
They tell me to withdraw in Eur but I only have CHF bank accounts and I have told the 15 times they keep saying withdraw in euro.
I want my money !
Avoid this company.

Without any further explanation my account was blocked for sending cryptos. There was no possibilty given to solve the issue or to understand why it happend in the first place. Really really frustrating and disapointing. I would definitly not recommend.

We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations.
Kindly have in mind that occasionally our Risk management team will disable certain account actions in order to protect user's funds, from any malicious activities and potential losses.
If that is the case, the Crypto send option will get disabled, due to the fact that Crypto transfers are irreversible, meaning that if you send crypto to any scam address, you may end up with your funds lost.
It is of utter importance to understand that we never restrict the whole user account, you always have the option to withdraw funds to your SEPA bank account or to Visa card.
Additionally, please keep in mind that our team will never disable any actions on account if there is no real risk spotted, and prior to communicating with the customer to obtain more information.
Your whole account remains active, so you can still buy/sell/receive crypto or withdraw funds back to your bank account, however, you will not be able to send crypto to external wallets.

Without any answer and reason
For almost a year, I have been trying to get an answer to why they forbade me to withdraw funds and seized them. The answer was that I "violated" something, and I hadn't logged into the account for a very long time. When I asked them to tell me what I violated, which part I did not comply with, when I only used this site a couple of times for buying and transferring cryptocurrencies. I didn't get an answer again, my account was properly verified before that, completely. They don't even know how to tell you what you violated. For me, a very big disappointment in Kriptomat and it's a pity that there is no 0 as a rating. And let me ask, by what right do they hold your funds? If there is a problem, let's get to resolve isn't that right?, and not left unanswered. And I planned to use kryptomat often. Thank God I didn't put in any more money

If you are from a country that does not support SEPA banking system, you can simply link your VISA card and withdraw your funds to it instantly.

We also have requested your user email in a private message so we could check what seems to be the cause of the account restriction and also to see was the reason communicated to you properly, hence we would truly appreciate you reaching out to us, so we can assist you.
