Excellent service keeping me up to date with my order from pre ordering till I receive it. Some of the items are expensive (specially the limited edition item) that what you going to expect when you buy those. Most of all I love my Green Goblin & receive in a protector case. This was bonus to secure my item & put it in my collection.

There was a delay in receiving my order due to the postal strikes, and kronen pops were so quick to answer my emails and to offer information and reassurance, even during the holiday period. My items arrived in time for christmas and were in perfect condition. Fantastic customer service, will definitely be using again!

At first I was skeptical ordering from here as I’ve never heard of it, I went to their eBay page and saw their positive reviews so I went ahead and purchased a Funko pop that was never in stock- the delivery took 3 days from when it was dispatched and it arrived well. I recommend this store to others.
