I’m really impressed at how organised this company is. They really went the extra mile in accommodating me when I was a few minutes late. I appreciate the extras they also organised for me at the lodge such as upgrading me to an all inclusive package free of charge. The company even drove an extra 25kms to drop me at my door free of charge so I didn’t have to get an uber. I am really lucky to have used these guys. Thanks a million for the exceptional service and attention to detail I felt like royalty.

I really liked this experience. Staff friendly, rooms very clean... Everything was perfect. The drivers gives us good descriptions about the animals we saw. Good job also from the man who helps us with the baggages to the hotel. I'm sorry I don't know the name. We had a little problem with a vehicle and he managed the situation well.
