So glad I rented from KRUU! It was super easy to set up! And it was the hit of the entire graduation party! lol EVERYONE loved it and had so much fun taking pics. I will rent from them again for next event for sure! Highly recommend this company for your events!!!!

The KRUU machine was fun and very easy to set-up. We had no technical issues and lots of smiles.

However when you choose the design with multiple photos, the actual pics are quite small… even hard to see. Upon printing there was some disappointment that pics were hard to see. Especially those printed and cut to size on a strip. They were MUCH smaller than standard Photo Booth strip.

I read many many reviews before deciding to make a purchase since I saw this as an ad on Instagram. There were thousands of reviews and mostly positive so I took a chance. It was fairly easy. You make the purchase they send you a link to login and pick out your photo designs. They give you pointers and a deadline of when to select the designs by. It arrived 2 days before my event. Had my sister put it together and it didn't take too long. Tested it out. The first 3 pages were blank but all the one after worked. Packed it back up so bring to the event site. My brother in law put it together with ease without my sister helping. Everyone loved the fact that they could select their design, retake any photos and make additional prints. I purchased the premium package which allowed for 100 reprints. I had a group of 8 and I told them to do a few reprints which you can find the photos in the gallery. Very easy to use. I definitely recommend. Returning to ups was a breeze. Had to put everything back and tape it up. A shipping label came with it. I didn't use up all 300 prints. I was actually nervous it wasn't enough but it was more than enough. If you're still debating, go for it. Someone at my sister's work saw it and inquire about it. This was a very easy process and the guests loved it.

Transaction is easy. Pictures are prefect.

I highly recommend this company. Fairly priced, arrived on time, easy to put together, provided more than enough printing paper and ink, and everything was very easy to disassemble and mail back. This was for an elementary school celebration and numerous staff asked about it or made positive comments. The students had a blast! We plan to rent again in the future.

The whole experience was great! Equipment arrived on time. Set up came with sufficient instructions that were easy to follow. We called the help line to ask how to change our photo design and customer service walked us through the steps - easy peasy! I received all the photos from my event 48 hours after I returned the equipment. Would highly recommend and use this service again! Thank you KRUU!

Kruu worked out so well! We used kruu for our wedding and were very happy we did. We love a photobooth so we were looking at photobooth options with an attendant but we wanted something a bit more budget friendly. We got the highest tier package during some savings event (and got a very good deal). Setting up a layout was relatively simple through their app. We ended up needing to talk with support to figure out the best place to have it delivered and they were very helpful and fast in response. The delivery was very smooth, we had it delivered to a ups acces location near the venue. A couple friends set it up and tested it for us and everything worked great. Having the printer was fantastic. Our guests used it pretty seamlessly regardless of age. Returning it was equally easy (although our day of coordinator packed it up for us so I'm not sure if that part is challenging or not). We received the online gallery within a couple days of drop off and guests love that we're sharing the images with them. Overall, very happy with this experience.

It was easy to setup, resulted in good quality pictures and was hit the whole night at the reception! You will want to tag someone to just check on it throughout the night periodically if you rent with a printer… we were so glad we did, it was worth it :)

I loved that it was shipped to my home a few days prior to my sons party and was able to open it and verify that it worked. Also loved the fact it was simple to set up and a back up printer was in there if the other didn't work. There was plenty of supplies and it was simple to put back in box and easy to ship back to the owners. I also enjoyed getting the photos and everyone had a blast using it. I would recommend it to everyone. Also cheapest booth price and covered the shipping cost.

It was a hit at my daughter’s 18th bday party. It prints generous copies. 3 copies per shot. It also has an app where people could share photos. I highly recommend. The quality is great as well.

Was great! Kids really loved it

This was rented for our daughter's high school graduation party. Everyone loved the idea. It was so much fun. It was so easy to set up and use. Returning the items after the party was also easy. Two days after we returned the booth, we got an email with all the photos that were taken at the party. This was nice because I completely forgot to do it that day. It was fun to see who used it and see the pictures. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to have a photo booth at an event.

Easy to set up, arrived in time with everything we needed! The only feedback I have is that we used it for a school event, and there were a lot of large group photos taken - I wish we could have printed more than one page (3 photos) of some of those. We ran out of the 10 emergency re-prints SUPER quickly. I know they can keep taking photos, but that actually bogged down the line (and we had lots of paper left), so more reprints would have been really nice.

The whole process was extremely easy and affordable and fun. From the online ordering to the shipping to the transport to the set up to the breakdown to the drop off, I would highly recommend and use this company again. My guests had an amazing time with the Photo Booth and it really made the party! My only suggestion would be to not have to make my guests download an app to save their photos to their phone

KRUU is so so easy to set up and was an absolute hit with all the guests at our wedding! The picture quality is beautiful when it prints out too. It's a great keepsake, we really enjoyed it!
