Would definitely use KRUU again! He was a huge highlight of our wedding, everybody loved taking pictures! It was incredibly easy to set up and ship back! They have lots of different packages to choose from, we opted for the printer on the spot and also got digital copies afterwards! Customer service was awesome, and everything went smooth without any issues!

Device was great
Device was great. The only upset was the foot pedal didn't work and would have made it easier taking the photos instead of having someone step out to push the button on screen every time.

Grad party with Kruu
It was a lot of fun, but the printer kept acting up and it was down quite a bit so a lot of family members missed out on using it. Also wish we had even til the end of the day after the event to ship it off, ups isn't open til after I have to be at work... Had to be late to get to ups before noon.

When family members are lining up and excited to use the booth, downtime is the last thing anyone wants, and it’s understandable that it felt disappointing for those who missed out. That’s not the flow we aim for during an event.
We also hear you on the return timing. Having to rush to UPS in the middle of a work schedule (or worse, be late) is an extra stress nobody needs after an event. That kind of logistical squeeze can definitely take the shine off an otherwise great experience.

Everything was so easy to set up. The delivery process was smooth. The return process was smooth. And the pictures all came out amazing. I had 0 complaints from anyone at the event, and everyone was having fun using it.

Very smooth process from beginning to…
Very smooth process from beginning to end. Only thing is, pick up is not communicated well, the email from Kruu states someone "must" be there to sign for pick up. I ended up waiting all day and UPS stated no signature needed. As far as product and quality, excellent!

We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait around all day expecting a signature requirement, only to find out it wasn’t actually needed. That’s time you could’ve spent doing literally anything more fun than being on UPS watch.

High School Prom!
We rented this out for a high school’s very first prom. Everyone loved it! The photos printed nicely and looked amazing. Everyone enjoyed the unlimited printing so they were able to get pictures for their parents as well as for themselves. It was an amazing value and we will definitely be renting it again.

Kruu made everything so easy! The equipment arrived to my home 2 days before my daughter's grad party. It was easy to set up following the video. The party guests loved it! It was such a hit! I will definitely use this company again and will highly recommend to everyone I know!

I’m very sad with the way things turned…
I’m very sad with the way things turned out.
Printer stopped working within the first hour of the wedding. The guests were soooo excited to come use it. I finally figured out some buttons to bypass the error message but guest after guest the message would pop up discouraging them from taking pictures. At some point I found myself (the bride) basically being a photobooth attendant so my guests could take pictures. I should get partial refund for this fiasco.
On the other, camera worked well, easy to operate, the FEW pictures we got were quality.
