I've been in deep love with Krypton Networks since my day one onto server hosting.
It all started with a nice small garry's mod server to mess around with plugins to make a server base,turns out we ditched that,we then got a csgo one,we messed a bit on it,but as of now,I'm purely using Krypton Networks for webhosting,their plans are close to unbeatable but their support calls up for the price change,I dare you to find such agreable people to talk to H24 from either NA/EU hours.
I've never had any issues regarding their services,It's all been perfect so far,and I hope it'l keep on going concidering I'm hosting my own website there,and planning to get more there aswell.
I'll rate it a 4.5/5,Just for the fact that they don't do discounts if you pre-pay yearly,other than that,nothing else to say,all perfect.

They then refused to give me a refund and cancelled the server (meaning I'd paid for 30 days and only received 1 of 30 days) and refused to let me have the server for the additional 29 days I'd purchased.
Wouldn't recommend at all.
EDIT: Lul, Paypal gave me a chargeback on their AWFUL service.
Save your money folks.
Also now reporting my negative feedback for being ‘offensive’, lul.

Hello.
This has been explained to you that the MySQL was fully functional, for every single other person on your node.
Therefore, your MySQL database would have been working as I rebuilt it and tested to see if it worked (which it did).
We cannot recreate deleted services as you requested for an immediate cancellation meaning that your server is terminated almost instantly. The option to keep your service until the next billing period was given to you and made very clear when you were cancelling the service, however you still opted to have your service terminated immediately.
The refund was not issued to you, as it clearly states in our Terms of Service that you will only receive a refund when the service we provide to you becomes unusable and or faulty. In your case, neither of those conditions were met.
Very good, servers are strong and rarely have issues, also much cheaper than other options
I have been very suprised with the quality of krypton, we were sceptical about going with them as we had never heard of them but the cheap price made us go with them in the end, the servers have been put under a lot of strain and we have barely noticed any performance issues. Any issues we have had with the server have been solved within a few hours of a report and a solution is always found

Krypton Networks has been an outstanding provider for my server's and website. If they ever were an issue with our side of things they contacted us immediately, they helped us out as fast as they could when we asked for help and have been really friendly with our community as well. They have always given us feedback to help us improve and they always try their hardest to provide the best to their customers. x3 I highly recommend people use Krypton Networks to host their Arma 3 servers, Garry's Mod Servers and CS:GO servers, because they are an overall amazing company and not to mention, they have low prices compared to others.
