Outstanding support and services
For the prices and the service you get with it I haven't found any better and it is the best hosting company I have ever been with! Most people also consider when buying a server "Will it lag?" which is what I thought but I tried it and I have yet to experience any server side lag.
I used to be with another but switched when I found out Krypton were offering the exact same services I wanted for half the price! I had a few unavoidable problems which were fixed their staff very quickly and I can remember waiting for ages for a response from my prior host.

I've been with Krypton Networks for around a year neary, and in the time I have had alot of fun. The prices are really cheap and staff are really good and are very active, the staff are also quick to respond when you have an issue which I find really good! I think Krypton will grow more and more and will be a very succsefful company. There is nothing I can really say that has caused me real issues, however there have been some small problem with services but it has been resolved very quick which is really good to hear!

Really just very good.
Krypton Networks are quite possibly one of the most helpful hosting companies i have ever been with. The have excellent customer care and always seem to have someone on hand to help you with your problem. The servers were actually more than good, and almost never had faults.
