The response I got to my enquiry was speedy, plenty of price transparency, Ryan found me a better deal than I'd found myself, got the paperwork processed quickly and the Offer was issued within 8 days. Ryan didn't try to upsell me other insurance products (but gave me information about them in case useful). All in all a great experience that has made getting a mortgage a much easier process than ending a contract with a major broadband supplier. Highly recommend!
