DONT BUY -Third pair of court shoes

Third pair of court shoes. They all scratch too easily and white leather is so thin it wears off

Have been in correspondence for three months. They keep asking for more information and then say they can’t find the orders

No compensation offered

New Chinese owners not customer centric

They keep asking me for order numbers!! Who keeps order numbers!! They should have it on their systems.

I sent them photos of the labels and the two pairs of shoes they requested. But they said without order numbers they can’t help.

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO TRY TO DEAL WITH. On trust pilot they are nice but when they write privately they are very unhelpful

Great service & trainers.

Bought a few K-Swiss trainers over the years. The last three pairs were direct from their site & shipped from Europe. Always good tracking & fast dispatch/delivery. Quality trainers that are very well made & last ages. All my purchases were true to size too.
