This is my 2nd Hoodie I’ve bought. I love them cos they are so warm and heavyweight not like some other thin ones. Delivery was fast and the product was excellent.

Bought 4 of the black outdoor hoodies. I was outside during the recent red alert storm to put my garden furniture and bbq in the safety of our shed. I have to say, in the torrential rain and very high winds, I was lovely and warm, and dry too. So no better test than that for the hoodie, and it passed with flying colours!! Love my outdoor hoodie, well worth every penny I paid. Can't recommend these enough.

I loved the Kudd.ly blanket but unfortunately found the 6.8kg too heavy for me, it made me feel quite claustrophobic.
I contacted the customer service dept so as to return it within the 30days return period and possibly change to the lighter weight.
A few days later I was emailed and told I couldn’t return the 2 blankets I’d purchased as per T&C’s “if I’d purchased them in the sale or clearance, no return”
I hadn’t bought them in the sale !
I got money off for buying a second blanket and an extra 15% off with the ‘Hello’ voucher they sent me for signing up.
I emailed them back to dispute this 4 days ago and I have had no response.
Now I just want my money back !!!

Once again a perfect order, I’ve tried a few other brands from cheaper one to more expensive brands and nothing touches my Kuddlys their so soft and warm perfect for keeping me warm while I work from home I just forget to take it off before I do a teams meeting!

I LOVE my Kudd.ly!!! So much so that I also bought some for my friends and several others who saw mine loved it so much they also bought their own because I wasn’t letting them pinch mine.
Size is perfect. Ordering and delivery were seamless. It is the perfect thing to wear in cold weather so you don’t have to put the heating up too high.
It comes with a warning though because it’s so warm and cozy you won’t want to take it off!
I wish you did more colours and more designs and also wish you made them kid sized.

Brilliant hoodies! Ordered one for myself, husband and brother…then my sister bought one…now my brother in law and dad want one!
Top quality - do yourself a favour and buy this exact brand, not the cheap Amazon version which are thin and look awful after one wash (I made that mistake!)

Defo one size fits all - I’m 5ft 6 and my brother is 6ft 7 - still fits him nicely and it’s not too oversized for me that it’s ridiculously big. The cuffed sleeves help

Just after Christmas, l had ordered BOGOF on the weighted blanket offer. Kudd.ly only sent one but after some communication with customer service , there had clearly been a misunderstanding but this was addressed promptly and l received my second blanket yesterday. 😉👍🏻
I'm thrilled with both of them and the hoodie l purchased for £5 special offer with my order. Bargain!!😀
The quality is excellent and great value for money.
It's a breath of fresh air to have an online company that deals with correspondence promptly. The customer service is friendly and efficient.

Weighted blanket arrived in wrong size but everything else was perfect

I was a bit dubious to order a hooded blanket as there a lot of companies selling them - I didn’t know if it was going to be warm, well made and cuddly ! Well I can say when I received my order I DID NOT want to take it off ! So kuddly! So warm ! So well made ! You can definitely tell the difference to the cheaper versions! Kudd.ly were amazing ! Received in 48 hrs - very well packaged and great communication!

The Kuddly Kloud is very comfortable and I like the choice of colours. Was a bit disappointed that the size guide wasn’t so accurate. My daughter is a size 6, so I ordered the medium but when she tried it on, it was too small. I asked to return but was surprised to learn that returns were not free. I find this surprising considering it’s an online only company and you have no way of trying products on until you actually receive them.

I came across Kudd.ly at Christmas when our young grandson received a weighted blanket from Santa. He wanted me to experience the weighted feel it whilst watching TV. The gentle but noticeable weight of the blanket makes you feel cosy, relaxed & secure. I knew my husband & I would benefit from them.
The 2 weighted blankets arrived the day after ordering & wow that night we both slept so well!
Our daughter & husband tried them when they visited last week, slept incredibly well & our daughter (someone who finds it hard to drift off to sleep) couldn’t believe that she went straight to into a relaxed sleep that night - something she never does - so I’ve ordered them one each as a moving house present. They’re delighted & can’t wait for the blankets to arrive.

Contacted Kudd.ly via email to organise a return as per the guidance on the website. I received an email 2 days later offering me 35% off my order if I kept my items or if it was my preference I could continue with the return and refund.

I replied that I would prefer to return the items and get my refund only to get another email 2 days later stating that I couldn’t have my refund as my items were in their Final Sale.

It was never clear that my items were in the final sale as everything seems to be in their sale.

I’m very disappointed with this company and won’t be buying from them again.

Snuggly hoodies that are good quality, wash up well and look great! Delivery was speedy and the order was correct. Also got a bargain in the new year sale. Win win.

I bought the outdoor hoodie to wear at work ,I work at a boarding kennels so have lots of dogs to walk everyday this is great for this purpose and I wear it to walk my own dogs .The weather has been awful the past couple of months but I've been warm dry and very comfy I love it
