The delivery of a simple washing machine took more than 8 months! Even when the delivery was done the front of the washing machine needed to be a few cm shorter to fit in my space. The company was not able to make that change so they preferred to leave my kitchen unfinished. A kitchen company that cannot make a front 2 cm shorter should not be called a kitchen company! When you call them they will always tell you that they will take care of this.. and then you will call 3 weeks later to realize that nothing is done! As long as they don't complete my kitchen, I will be informing everyone: if you want the kitchen of your dreams, stay away from that company!

Representative was very polite, knew his product line, and went out of his way to ensure all of our concerns were addressed. Very professional.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever encountered in Germany. After instructing us to dismantle our existing kitchen rightaway and leaving us kitchenless they made us wait 4 weeks for delivery with no communication as to when the kitchen would be installed. Day of installation, we find that items are not per our order and of a much cheaper material than what was in the order and paid for. Tried calling service desk many times and writing emails multiple times but there is no response. Kitchen bins do not fit under the sink. The planner has vanished and there is no way to hold anyone accountable.Unfortunately we now need to consult a lawyer to claim damages and sue the company for malpractice. Very unhappy and regretting going with them especially considering how expensive they are. Stay away and save your money and yourself from harassment. (Auftrag KAV22-143147)

Update as of Sept 29
Order is still not completed. More importantly now we have been informed by the gas boiler inspector that the kitchen design advised and built by Kuchenquelle is in violation of the safety code regarding the amount of space and ventilation needed around the gas boiler in our kitchen! We will now need to spend our own money to dismantle the cabinets and redo everything plus the heating in our flat is now shut because of safety reasons. How is this even legal operations for a so called professional kitchen design company?

Our kitchen was fitted by küchenquelle in Aug 2020 and the worst service some parts are missing and still december 2020 we waited and gave the case to lawyer. Kücchenquelle has worst customer care and trash everything is not worth we paid 15,400/- euros and the kitchen quality is like 5000 euros

Professinal installation and qualitiy.

They have exceeded the deadline, the installation was with problems, i can not use after 3 weeks the dishwasher. stay away from this firm, when you pay everything is ok, when you have problems nobody wants to help you. Bad service for lots of money!
The problem was not actually the deadlines(the kitchen should have been installed by the end of may and it was at the beginning of june), the problems are the firm that installed the kitchen and the after service. Möbel-Montage-Möbius Service GmbH was the firm that installed the kitchen and the fact that kuechen quelle sends invoices with payment deadlines, but the clients problems have no deadline, they are solved some time in the feature. Miserable and shameful service!

Two stars for the quick consulting and the good installation team. Unfortunately even with the 6 weeks delivery time, they gave us a family of 5 an oven too small for a standard pizza base and a small microwave. The shelves didn't match the design given to us, the bins didn't fit under the sink and they didn't install the extractor fan over the top which creates a blow back. For the money spent we are very unhappy. Have written a email but with no response. Our suggestion, use another company.

So we received a response to this and the emails within hours of writing this review, sad that you have to resort to social media to get a response.

Took them two more months to come an install the bins and fix the small problems but sent the bill twice within a week. In regards to the small oven and microwave their response was the size(in litres) was in the contract so is our fault and we asked if they could replace it and we cover the difference with a no its your fault, no even an apology or any options to help us. The planner blamed the electronic company #ZANUSSI for having their products in liters and not cm. I feel he should have told us that is was not a standard size oven or microwave. Put it down to 1 start because the installation crew were outsourced so basically #Küchenquelle did nothing but waste our long saved money. I have been informing everyone I know and have learned that friends who used them have had similar problems and friends with similar problems from other companies got the electronic items replaced for a small extra fee.

In all, #Küchenquelle is not cheaper and does not care about customer satisfaction. Don't make the same mistake as us and go else where.

I have made appointment with kuchenquelle. I waited them for 1.5 months and after i ask them the situation they told me we cant give you english support. Even if i explain maybe i can bring my friend and we can solve the problem it never happen.
