Well my review is the same as Peter and many others. Jessica did come good and refunded my monies. Judging by other peoples experience I would have thought that Kahumia could make it more obvious that after the initial 1 euro payment in a week you get hit with a 35 euro addition. Any ways as I said Jessica came good but it would make her job a whole lot easier if the additional payment was made more clearer. 👍

I recently had an issue with my Kuhamia subscription, and the support team, especially Jessica , went above and beyond to help resolve it. I truly appreciate their understanding and responsiveness.

Jessica is great as she offered a refund for the charge, however I don't know how on earth I'm going to get it since I cancelled my card because I thought I was being scammed. As most other reviews point out, they ask for a payment of 1 euro for a seven day trial, but in very fine print they say that they will charge you 39.99€ as soon as it ends. I missed it and was charged. As soon as I saw the charge I cancelled my card. How am I going to get a refund? I don't have a lot of money and 40 euros makes a huge difference for me. Please help

Instead the hide the infos for a reason.
Jessica if you are real please let everyone know who is the manager/owner... unless people have an idea where the company is registered and details of the owners.

Instead you you take money from people accounts in hope they do not notice - they say they are a subscription business - I say it is built in a way to scam people.

The overall website is good, but I really feel that Kuhamia should make the subscription text bigger as I completely missed that I have to pay a monthly fee and people can get mad about that.
Support is very helpful though, and Jessica is willing to refund my monthly fee which I appreciate.

Signed up for a 7 day trial I didn't know I was signing for a monthly sub. I contacted the sales and informed Jessica that I didn't see the agreement for regular monthly subscriptions as I am registered blind. She promptly replied to inform me due to my vision impairment she would reimburse me.

I want to thank Jessica, she resolved my problem quickly and i really appreciate her great job! Thanks Jessica, you're the best !!!!

Kuhamia is not very clear in explaining how it works.
I did not get acces to the adresses of appartements and sometimes no acces at all.
Nevertheless JESSICA helped me in a perfect way to settle my claim and I am very grateful to her.
Maybe because of her, I will be coming back to Kuhamia in the future.

My fault, thought I was paying for one week's viewing of properties, didn't realise I had to cancel. Kuhamia dealt with excess payments I'd made and refunded the majority of the money.
