amazing scooter
amazing scooter, great quality, and very fast. I was surprised when I receive it is actually quite big in size. The functions for speed is easy to understand and the push to start for safety is really good using it here on the island on different trains has no problems.

I had a great experience with their customer service. Even though my situation was a bit complicated and there was some back-and-forth regarding technical diagnosis (display vs. controller), the team handled everything professionally and stayed very helpful throughout the process.
The response time was impressive, and they were flexible enough to issue a refund for a part I purchased to speed things up. It’s rare to find such efficient and fair support these days. Highly recommended if you value quick problem-solving and great communication!
