The process from ordering to delivery was very smooth.
Customer service is very good.
I just felt disappointed when I took my rugs out. The designs are excellent but the quality is not what I expected.
I wasn't expecting a thick rug as they are machine washable, or washable, as some of them will not fit in a machine. They are very very thin to the point of looking cheap. I've bought rugs from furniture stores and N*** before that cost similar but the quality was better.
They don't really add any character to the rooms. I'm so disappointed. I can't return as have flattened the boxes.
I won't order from here again.
Also disappointing to see so many "influencers" advertising these rugs and getting them for free.

Fabulous rugs, fast delivery

The rug was of good quality and a perfect colour, but the size was not what I ordered. It was 75cm x 150cm, instead of 80x150, so is a little small for the space intended for it.

Great selection of rugs in fantastic colours. There was a small fault on the rug when it arrived and once I contacted Kukoon it was dealt with efficiently resulting in a prompt resolution. My order arrived within two days and I'm happy with the quality.

The rug is continually coming up with small pulls despite us following all care instructions including not hoovering with a hoover with roller/ bristles down.
At first it was just a couple but more have appeared since and we have only had it a few weeks. This is really disappointing and an absolute waste of money as at some point in the near future, this will look too ragged to leave down.
Its a shame as it looked nice and fitted our purpose.
I cant comment on how it washes as that hasnt been needed so far but its not looking good seeing as lots of thread pulls are already evident.

Lovely website, great communication and delivery was super-quick. My rug is just as pictured and is very, very soft.
Even my cat, Bear likes it, and he has been opposed to every other rug I've ever had!

Easy to order, quick to deliver and really happy with the quality. It’s a beautiful rug. Also recommend the underlay as it has kept it in place even with a lot of foot traffic. Would recommend to a friend

I’ve now had two rugs from this company and I have been pleased with both my purchases for both quality and value for money. They are beautiful additions to my newly decorated home and I would definitely order from them again.

I bought 3 rugs in December 2025; 2 large living room rugs and a matching hall runner. I washed the runner last week for the first time. The edges went all waves so that it would not lie flat. I complained and was offered refund/replacement within 24 hrs. While deliberating these option, I decided to wash one of the living room rugs. DISASTER ! Not only did the edges go wavy, the rug shrank quite dramatically !! By 13cm !!! I then rechecked the hall runner to find it has also shrunk. I emailed again and have had total silence from Kukoon for 3 days.

I had my doubts about buying these rugs. Our robot vacuum kept pulling up the edges despite the rise facility in operation and I believe the pattern on one of the living room rugs has worn away with the robot passing over it. It works 3 times a day as we have a very hairy dog.

Very disappointed with these products.

I love the colouring and the size is perfect, I’ve had to cut a load of tags of from the finish but at the moment it hasn’t settled very well and definitely not straight !!

Transformed my room. Vibrant colour, soft under foot and excellent value for money. Mine is a large rug and for it to arrive folded in a box made me apprehensive, that maybe I had made a mistake because it's thin and washable and therefore wouldn't give me that sumptuous look. I was wrong. I love it and won't hesitate to order again from Kukoon. Friends are already asking me where it's from. Thank you!
