The quality of the Kukri jersey is awesome, I’m a hard core Waikato supporter here in NZ and have just ordered the 2025 NPC jersey to go with the other 4 in the Wardrobe🙄 On the odd occasion when I’m in Hamilton visiting the small shop/Warehouse the staff have always been friendly and helpful, Being a Chiefs Super rugby fan also, the jersey price is 40-50 dollars cheaper than any adidas/Classic/Dynasty jersey! That’s a fact as I’ve got several Jerseys made by these brands!! Only gripe I’d have is the jerseys need to be released earlier before the season starts, NPC started last Thursday 31st August, 2025 jersey release online was the following Monday ❤️💛🖤

Absolutely shambles. Delivery address is my home and company decided to deliver my parcel to school, so my daughter can't even check if clothes fit her. No customer support. I can't believe any school is using this company.

Kukri is my go to choice for all rugby clothing items for our club. Great quality and great price and they back their product. In the years I've been purchasing club kit I've only had one defect and it was corrected right away with a replacement. Deliveries are almost always early and when they aren't early they are ontime and the only issues that caused delay were my own fault.

For us the Kukuri sports went above and beyond, as we needed the items before a certain date but the order stated it would only be after . They kept me updated that they would try ... and guess what they got the items to us !

Purchase DS school sport trousers. On examination the poor quality of the stitching is shocking. Ok n both the inside leg and bottom of track bottoms. Ridiculous price for the poor quality ultra thin materials used in the track bottoms.

Extremely expensive with almost no customer support. Whilst I was shopping on their website for my school team uniform, the page rendered unresponsive and remained frozen. The sign up process is horrendous. Moreover, the devious enterprise robbed me of 2% extra fee of cross-border purchases, whilst the uniform is clearly produced in Hong Kong.

Bought a S-sized Loughborough University kit for BUCS, received shirt which hip width was much larger than chest width and length of the shirt was as long as a M-sized kit! (I have photo proof). Attempted to return shirt saying this has to be a mistake but was informed of "manufacturing tolerances". They even refused to do a simple thing such as to just cut the shirt to be shorter! I am sorry, but if your S-sized kit and M-sized kit is the same size due to tolerances, you really just have poor manufacturing quality and standards. Now I have to spend extra money getting it cut to a normal size! The high price is a scam!

The worst ever ,they never answer calls ,only online shop no physical shop ,you buy uniforms depends on unsure charge size ..they don’t reply emails ,no enough stock most of the times

- not responding to emails
- the only way to exchange an item is to return the old one to the location near JLT and ordering a new one online
- 18 Dhs delivery charges that make deliveries and exchanges expensive as compared to items purchased

Order was meant to arrive on the 25.12. Still pending despatch and have nog heard back.

Reply - I am aware you don’t refund delivery however you are claiming you charge more for delivery than what it said when I checked out

Sizes are huge. Everything is over-priced. Stock levels aren't managed well. Shipping is exorbitant and long. I hope our school moves suppliers.

I would like to buy a Loughborough Lightening track top in an X extra small size but they are sold out. I understand it is Christmas but to then be told that they will not be in stock for a very long time isn't great. The sizes are unisex so a XXS is preferable for a young teenager. I phoned but was waiting for 30 minutes so gave up. Is there anyone at the end of the phone? I have sent several emails and although I have had replies and an order cancelled (thankyou Darran) responses overall are short and not helpful. I am very shocked and disappointed there are no more XXS sizes in stock when Loughborough Lightening Netball Academy season has not long started and will continue until May! Please sort it out Kukri and Loughborough and make sure you have enough stock!

Kukri took my money and never fulfilled my order despite numerous attempts to contact them. Scammers. Avoid.
