They emailed me to state they have the product but do not respond to my right for a refund.
Complete scam constantly get an email stating we are looking in to this but never come back.

Stay away from this company at all costs unless you are happy to just throw away money

This is a scam. Do not purchase anything from these guys. Took my money a year ago and I have not seen the product or a refund. Absolutely fraudulent.

I wish there was a zero star option. This company is absolutely terrible. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered two bracelets. They sent a wrong, cheap bracelet two months later. I contacted them to have them send the correct items and they said they would. Never received them. A shell company is running this scam. Stay away.

I've purchased from these folks twice and the quality has been spot on every time, and very very accurate to the pictures. They seem to want to do honest work, and they deserve acknowledgement of that. And based on the detailed descriptions of each product, I get the sense that if they're claiming something that they find out it's not true with their suppliers (be it material of the beads or whether or not they're actually made while reciting mantras) they'll correct that info to honestly reflect what's being sold. But just based on quality of bracelets alone, I'd definitely recommend this place. Real stones and nice attention to detail. I get lots of compliments on them. Delivery times to the US can be long, but I wasn't bothered by it as a bracelet is not something I need to have right away.

I purchased 2 chakra bracelets and they arrived after quite sometime however they do not even represent the correct colour of the Chakras. When I contacted customer services I was told they are correct thank you I sent photos as they very obviously were not correct but this has been ignored.
I would recommend avoiding this site as they advertise the jewellery as handmade with intentions - I question what that intention is maybe it’s to scam people along the way!

Misleading and untrustworthy, deceiving pictures on their website. Takes a long time to ship, terrible customer service. Misleading reviews on their website.

Its been 2 months already, and so far no goods has been delivered :( they are communicating via email, but still only promises. They send me some tracking number, but can not be tracked because nothing can be found under this number ... the order for 100 USD seems to be gone. Will update when something new happen, but I am quite pessimist :)

Sent me a defective braclet and wanted me to cover the shipping cost back to China. I’m sure the shipping cost would be 3/4ths to 2/3rds of the cost of the bracelet. This is the second time this has happened. I just threw the bracelet away. It’s a foreign company and don’t expect them to provide the same curtesy that an American company has to, to stay in business. Obviously, I am done with them. I’ve noticed you can buy most of their products on Amazon at a fraction of the price. Whether these are American retailers or the same company, I don’t know. But you can probably leverage Amazon for a bad purchase.

Ordered 3 bracelets back in March 2018. Even though I received multiples guarantees that the missing bracelet would be shipped out nothing has arrived.
This company is a scam and Shopify should drop them as a client.

I recommend never to order anything from their site, as they are a scam. You´ll never receive the ordered items and only get ridiculous excuses from them. STAY AWAY from them. They´ ll take your money and deliver nothing.

Never but anything from them! It's a scam and you'll never receive the ordered items. Any positive reviews are made but themselves. They are thieves and swindlers. Nothing else! Avoid contact!

I purchased a few items from kundalinispirit and all items are fake/misleadingly sold.

Items are NOT hand made by tibbetant monks, they are send via a dropshipper Aliexpress.
So they are made in Asia but by a factory.

When raising this with the seller they either avoid the questions asked or simply do not reply.

Luckily I paid via PayPal and they are disputing it with seller and (unsurprisingly) they haven’t responded to PayPal.

DOT NOT purchase from these, if you like the product and don’t mind then questionable origin then I would purchase direct from the dropshipper as at least they are more helpful and a quarter of the price

Origin is highly questionable. The bracelets are both made in China and shipped from China. Last I heard Tibet was not on top of their list. Regardlessly Kundalini Spirit makes money by feeding questionable information. The support is as poor as avoiding. Understandably.

1) Kundalini Spirit bracelets are not worn by Leo DiCaprio! In fact, @leonardodicaprio picked up his bracelet at Angkor Wat in Cambodia (!) when visiting with his family and best friend Lukas Haas in November 2016.

2) Bracelets are NOT done individually by reciting monks.

3. All negative reviews are disregarded. You will only see (fake) positive reviews with 5/5 stars at their website.

4) Kundalini Spirit are obligated to inform their customers that IMPORT CHARGES, TAXES etc. are NOT included in the price of the item or the shipping costs. Kundalini Spirit do not.

Bear in mind that IF you buy anything from Kundalini Spirit, you will have to pay additional fees - approximately 40% VAT - of the total amount. If you decline, your order will be sent back with no refund.

Bracelets
The color Deep Red is rather deceiving. In reality, it’s more brown-ish than red. Quite disappointing. Also, mind the size. Even the shortest of the two available are clearly made to fit wrists that are on the larger range.

For the original price, however, the quality is not bad. Would I recommend it? No. Not with the plus 40% import charges. Also, if the color is described as “deep red”, one would think it was deep red and not brown..

Today, with unnumbered amounts of online stores, whom wish to support people that are dishonest about their products anyways? It’s advisable to look further for better options - and REAL KARMA.

I order 4 bracelets on March 23...they debited my account on 3/26 for $94 and today, 4/22 still nothing received. I wrote the company with my order info and all the details. Reply...we can't find your order. I demanded fedex delivery within 48 hours. I'll update in two days

Products are excellent quality and look exactly like the website. I ordered several times and never had a problem. They’re only a bit slow for deliveries but it’s worth the wait.
