Excellent for keeping me asleep
Most of the products I have bought have been excellent and have been a major help in keeping me asleep at night without feeling groggy in the morning.
Edit: Removed a mention of a problem as I've used the product since and it's been great.

on a separate note I have always had a excellent experience until my last order. I like the mango flavor the best and the 450. I ordered three and received three 1000 mint. I called it was reordered and again 1000 mint. third time got it correct. If it were not for that I would give 5 stars.
