Fantastic quality of hoodies! I ordered 22 for me and my classmates and lecturers and they were very responsive to emails, very reasonably priced and we even got our order ahead of schedule. Would absolutely order from Kustom again!

Amazing service and great value we use Kustom every year for our school leavers hoodies and it always takes the hassle out of it and we know we will end up with a great product.

Spent months going back and forth on shirt designs. Expressed direct concern about logo sizes printed on the t shirts. They recommended against what I asked for. Final product very disappointing with logos far too small and hardly readable. Sales exec couldn't care less about my complaint.

Great service, we ordered leaver hoodies and even though it was quite tight on time, Kustom Clothing were able to ship produce and ship to the school the hoodies in time for the Kids farewell Disco. The kids love their hoodies and good quality!

These hoodies are so amazing, the school logo is also embroidered on which makes them more personal. The children love them!! The service from them have been amazing from start to finish and have been so fast at responding. Any questions we had got, got answered straight away they have even opened back up a link since we have received the hoodies so people can order more. Would 10000% recommend this company.

I organised Leavers Hoodies through Kustom Clothing and the whole experience was excellent! Lisa is brilliant! She was happy to provide examples of 2 different designs for the children to make a choice and responds quickly to emails, regarding any queries. It all went so smoothly and even when a small change was needed last minute, Lisa was great at getting it sorted out. The hoodies were also very reasonably priced. I am delighted that we found Kustom Clothing when I was trying to find a more sustainable option to the Leavers' Hoodies for my kid's school. Not only did they offer a good range of more sustainable fabric, the colours are really vibrant. Only down side is that the sustainable options had a much smaller range of colours. The staff (Lisa) was extremely helpful and responsive. We had to tweak some bits of the artwork and she was always very accommodating. The end product is beautiful and the kids are so thrilled with their hoodies many are asking to buy more. Really happy to see the happy kids without having to do as much harm to the environment.

Kustom Clothing have been fantastic in sorting out or hoodies for our fast approaching school ski trip. This is the third year we have worked with them and communication with Lisa has been exceptional. This year, of the 50 hoodies there were very small faults with three of them. I sent Lisa an email just after 5pm to let her know and by midday the next day they had been collected and then returned the following day. Exceptional service and highly recommend.

Kustom Clothing Ltd offers decent customer service and a variety of products. They were responsive and provided detailed information throughout the process. The branded merchandise was delivered in a good time frame and at competitive prices. However, the overall experience was average, and while the items met expectations, they didn't particularly stand out. It's a reliable option, but there's room for improvement to make the service truly exceptional.

Lisa was amazing through the whole process of ordering, designing, alterations and shipping. The hoodies look amazing and I'm sure the kids will love them for their Year 6 residential trip as well as leavers party. The quality of the hoodies is brilliant and I'm sure they'll wash lovely too, once needed!! Price was very competitive, in fact it was one of the cheapest. I had them delivered to my home address instead of the school and this was no problem for the company. They arrived in a large box, beautifully folded and I couldn't wait to get one out to see how they'd turned out! It was fab to be able to decided on embroidery or printing or both on the hoodies, we had both and they have come out better than expected. Lisa even sourced our school logo which meant less for me to do!!! Through the whole process Lisa kept me up to date with emails and phone calls where necessary too.
