We've used bulk hoodie suppliers in the past for school events, but Lisa and the team at Kustom Clothing have been exceptional from the get-go. Excellent communication provided, and they sent through graphic mock ups, samples and copies of order forms to make it really easy for us to order and inventory when they arrived. The kids and staff at our secondary school were delighted with their personalised embroidered hoodies - over 100 items that all arrived within a couple of weeks from ordering! We will come back again :)

My order was for a small batch of embroidered polo shirts & fleeces. I received a quote the same day as my enquiry.
My artwork specification was accurately reproduced and was emailed a photo of the actual embroidered swatch proof of the design for my approval.
I made several changes to garment sizes and delivery address. All was handled professionally and changes were acknowledged.
Good value for money with reasonable setup charges.
The garments are brilliant, the embroidery was replicated perfectly.
Overall a great company who I will definitely use again.

Absolutely awful! Don’t ever order from this site! I ordered a T-shirt which when it arrived it was too big so I sent it back and at the same time ordered the size down. Ended up having to send that one back too. I waited over an month for my first refund which I kept being told it had been refunded when it hadn’t been. Finally got the first refund however it’s been over two months and I haven’t received my second refund. I’ve email of several different occasions And I’ve been ignored every single time. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I want my money back!
